This location used to be one of the best McDonald’s in the area, with fast service and a well-run team. The hiring practices over the past 2 years no longer seem merit-based or performance-driven, but instead centred around personal relationships, resulting in a noticeable drop in professionalism. I was also very alarmed when waiting for my order, observing a staff member scratching under their clothes and adjusting undergarments before handling food without any hand hygiene. This is completely unacceptable and poses serious health concerns. Management absolutely needs to refocus on fair hiring practices, proper training, and strict food safety standards if they value their customers.

Pretty decent location, always fairly clean. Order accuracy is hit or miss, sometimes I’m missing some nuggets, customizations for burgers are often ignored. Employees are friendly though, especially at night.

I recently(Dec 4) ordered a burger and the new potato tots, and I was very disappointed with the quality. Both items tasted like they were fried in old, dirty oil. The flavor was awful, and the food had a stale, greasy aftertaste.
Manager does not accept monopoly coupons in drive thru. That is not acceptable. 1 star immediately. And the food is always cold
