I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The place was extremely dirty, with trash on the floors and tables that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. On top of that, there were flies everywhere, which made it feel unhygienic and unpleasant. This is not what I expect from a McDonald’s. I hope management takes action to improve cleanliness and overall hygiene as soon as possible.

I normally try to post only positive reviews but I have to note a couple of negatives. On the upside, the food was good/standard and service was very friendly, prompt and efficient. (Been through the drive through plenty of times in the past, with good service and good food). On the downside, the trash bins in the main area were overflowing and many tables were not wiped. The mens bathroom had a dirty floor, smelled bad and *very* strangely, there was no paper towel dispenser nor any hand-dryer (and yes, I looked pretty carefully). So not a good place for dine-in or a pit-stop at this time.

Took them 25 minutes to make a meal. There was only 3 people in the Restaurant!
When I entered McDonald's, the first thing that hit me was a terrible smell coming from the restroom. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that hygiene had been completely neglected. The condition of the restrooms was extremely poor; dirt and bad odors completely ruined the dining experience. The overall cleanliness of the place was also very inadequate, and the tables were far from hygienic. It was quite challenging to want to eat in such an environment. This situation seriously undermines the quality of McDonald's.
