4/5 stars a year+ ago. Today, 2/5. Vegan food option gets 0/5, salad included and McDonald's french fries included. We had the Vegan M bowl which was: A cup of canned tomato sauce, A cup of chopped canned pineapple, A handful of cherry tomatoes, A few leaves of lettuce (as in about 5), Half cup of chickpeas, Half cup of sautéed mushrooms (which I requested to be left out), 10 little cubes of dried or over fried and unseasoned tofu. All arranged around plain white rice.
We didn't eat it because it was quite terrible. I ordered a side salad and fries. The salad was drowning in dressing. The fries ... I expected a higher caliber for Milestones.

FAIL!!’This place was an absolute FAIL! I have been to this restaurant before and had good enough service. Last night, my family, a group of 10 took our dad who was having his 101st birthday, to this location. Service was practically nonexistent and we watched other people disgusted leaving. It took 20 minutes just to get drink orders served and only half of them came out while others had to wait even longer. It took another half an hour before they came and took food orders, and then up to 45 minutes for us to get food and our dad was very hungry. When food started to come out, they were delivering the appetizers with the mains at the same time. We sent the mains back to hold. My niece had to leave the table 5 times to find staff to get things that were continuously forgotten. While some of the food was good, I liked my Cobb salad, my niece’s steak was a terrible experience undercooked, returned to the kitchen and then sent out burnt. It was as if people in the kitchen had no idea what they were doing. There were not enough servers working, and the restaurant made an excuse that they were busy. You run a major chain restaurant on a Saturday night and you are not allowed to make excuses about staffing. The manager was present and aware, but that didn’t matter our birthday party for dad was ruined by this restaurant. We are all disgusted. I don’t recommend anybody go to this MAJOR FAIL restaurant!!!!!!

Went for an early dinner and had California spring salad with chicken and it was fine. The place looked like it was losing its vibe. It was not busy at all but it maybe that we were there at 5:30pm.

Went to Milestones Brant St to celebrate a friends birthday this evening and had the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Waited 30 minutes to get our drinks on a Sunday evening, then when our food came out, half of my party’s meals were cold. I sent my seasonal dish back twice only for it to be cold and inedible both times.
Finally when we reached dessert, my creme brûlée was severely undercooked and also went untouched. I ended up with a comped dessert and 10% off the meal I did not eat.
It could have been an off night for this restaurant, and my group members who received hot, edible food, did enjoy themselves. However, I wish I could say that I will be back.
Great experience and food. The staff are super friendly and attentive.

Milestones is a family favourite, with amazing food and wonderful service!! Tonight we opted for take out, and our meals were terrific and Alyssa & Maya were most kind in confirming our order and making our experience just right!!
I had lunch there Today. I sat in the Bar Area and was served by John!! First, the food ( Burger and Fries) was Excellent and Second, John was also Excellent!!
