I got a box to go because my daughter didnt finish her meal we got to the car and realized we forgot it and they already tossed it... it was not even 2 minutes. It was a 17$ Kids meal come on man. After tipping you so well too... kinda left a bad taste in my mouth after that. we won't be going back for a long time

My first Sunday Brunch was not positive. I ordered eggs hollandaise. Everything on the plate was room temperature,especially the sauce on the eggs. Server returned it to heat up. It came back the same. I don’t recommend

Had a great meal and dining experience at this Milestones location. Our waiter, James was attentive (without being annoying), very friendly, and accurate with our menu selections. He even went beyond and put a sparkler in my friends cake for her birthday. The food was great too!

I ordered seafood Cobb salad ..Gluten Free. A lot of the romaine lettuce was dark brown and I feel there was cross contamination although I specified Gluten Free to waitress. I did leave lettuce on side of bowl and Showed waitress who said she would speak to chef, but then there was no reaction from The chef or kitchen. Afterwards I was ill, which means their standards are not safe!!!

Had dinner last night with a large group and the food and service were good (except my butternut squash did not have the toasted foccacia it's supposed to come with and substitutions were made that were not mentioned - but it was still good). Service was also good. Sadly this location looks like it's completely neglected. Our seats were torn and shabby looking, the lighting is horrible, too bright so that you can't properly see the people's faces sitting in front of you - completely the wrong vibe for dinner which should be soft but enough light to see what you're eating - not overly bright, trendy LEDs. The bigger issue was that it was freezing. Even the big men in the group were cold and putting on their jackets. Our server said the A/C was broken all summer and never got repaired and this means the same blower system for the heat is also not repaired. Apparently the owner of this franchise refuses to do any work and doesn't care how uncomfortable the conditions are for the staff or the customers. We were 8 in our group and we all agreed we won't return to this location. If the heat had broken a day or two ago and they were waiting for repairs, that would be fine, but broken for over 6 months and the owner doesn't care? No problem, we don't care about your business either.

Had a great meal here. Value is excellent. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and most of all the service is excellent. Ashley was extremely professional and attentive. The manager was great as well and has clearly assembled an excellent team. Highly recommend Milestones and the Burlington location in particular.
Worst customer service ever !! I ordered a steak and it was cold so I sent it back!! It came back and wasn’t medium well either so I sent it back and the waiter got so rude about it !! Then got rude at my boyfriend until he lost his appetite and didn’t even eat anything!! I have all right to make sure the food I’m paying for is exactly how I want it.. smh please hire more kind servers!

Spinach and artichoke dip was to be desired tasted like a salt Shaker fell in it see the salt in it same with the crispy tempura cauliflower , Tuscan bruschetta couldn't get along with another dish as seems at 7 pm gas already ran out of things not sure how you run a restaurant like that I guess people only coming here drinks . Steak was a salty 16 ounces bone in and im 6 ounce of and 8 ounces grisly fat with 2 ounces of bone defiently money and time wasted . Server was good and pleasant . Thinking next less of a drive where not disappointed and go to TURTLE JACK'S WHERE the Steak is always Tasty
