Food is great! However, there is a female server who was extremely rude to my husband and brother today! Usually they don’t notice these things but she smashed a plate on my husband’s side of the table and clearly ignored him when he called her out to order his food.
A friend and I meet for one or two annual visits to this restaurant. We learned this time to check first parking availability at busy times. It’s in a small plaza with limited spots. I didn’t see any sign posted not to park in front of other businesses — a complaint was left on my windshield. So if you can’t park out front, try behind the plaza or elsewhere. Then you can enjoy the hospitality and great food!
I've been coming to the Burlington Monforts for over 13 years it has NEVER disappointed me amazing food, great staff and love the atmosphere! Open till 4am. You get fast service never have waited and the quality of food is top notch! Great quality and authentic taste! I live in St.Catharines and drive here just for Monforts Chicken Shwarma. I can not rave more about the staff as a whole, the chefs and wait staff are always smiling and happy never encountered an unpleasant...
