After several years of living out of the country, my family and I have long hoped to return to Mr. Sub in lieu of prior excellent experiences. First time at the Plains Road location and was blown away at the phenomenal customer service. Our submaker Sue offered both excellent conversation and a quality meal that lives up to how we remember it. Thank you for reminding me why Mr. Sub is, and remains our favorite sandwich makers.

Probably the best Mr Sub in Burlington, regarding the food and friendly service.The only thing is how slow it can be. The lady makes amazing subs and is super nice, but she is working alone. There was one couple, and one gentleman in front of me. It took me over 20 minutes to get served.I can get served in an actual restaurant faster.I go to Mr Sub for a quick sandwich. Maybe have another staff member on to help her.

Never a disappointment grabbing a sub here, both pick up and delivery is exactly as ordered. Fresh bread, good quality meats and topping and friendly people working. Even some great suggestions when I wanted to change up my usual order. Blows the Subway down the road out of the water and worth the slightly longer wait to be served by someone who takes time to chat while they make a great sandwich. 100% a Mr Sub convert based on this location.
