I go to this sub shop all the time, it's so close to home, and I've never had an issue before--the service is always great. The last two times I've ordered food here, there have been long hairs in the sandwiches. The staff should be wearing protection to keep their hair out of the food.

Never again will I enter this or any Mr Sub location. I waited 15 minutes, got my turn, and was told to wait while a pickup order was next to be made. Your food is good but to be snubbed after years of loyalty is unacceptable to me and my family. I have spent 100’s of dollars for years. Never again. Alan
