Mr.Sub

I had a really bad experience at Mr. Sub recently. Two girls working at counter kept laughing and joking around while I was trying to place my order. It was clear they weren’t interested in their work at all – completely unprofessional. Moreover, when I ordered grilled chicken, they just microwaved it right in front of me instead of grilling it. That’s not what I paid for, and it made the food tasteless and dry. On top of that, their attitude showed no customer service skills whatsoever. No greeting, no thank you – just rushed and rude. It honestly felt like I was interrupting their fun by being there.
This location really needs to re-train or change their staff.

the food looked nothing like the photo shown, the chicken was microwaved without a cover and without placing it on a proper plate, the cashier or employee looked like they were not having a good day... like i get it ur shift is almost over but u do still need to properly serve ur customers, she was lowkey arrogant...

Amazing service & food . Ordered sub was delicious

Unfortunately this location just continually keeps getting worse. The staff they hire are clearly not being trained properly. Specifically the two women who usually work during the week days. They are always so rude, not helpful and make it clear that you are unconvincing them by placing an order. Honestly, if you want a sub, go to a different location.

come here to grab lunch during work, and they always make my meal in a timely manner. the food is delicious and refreshing and the staff is so kind and polite. 10/10 would recommend !!
