This store closes at 930 and I placed a delivery order and they changed the delivery time to 10am when I placed the order at 9:15 pm. Lazy and terrible customer service

Absolutely wonderful location! The very sweet couple that runs this location is always super welcoming, professional and all around pleasant. The food is always good especially for the price, and it has become the only Mr. Sub location My wife and I will visit.

The reason for my bad review is based off of the last 3 times I visited this MR SUB. This is the only location that is so skimpy on their toppings. You pay 15 plus dollars for sub that is worth 5$ .
I now go to the MR SUB on Fairview and they make your sub the way it’s supposed to be with A SMILE!

Food was good not happy with the service.
Walked in with my special needs daughter woman behind the counter who was serving us was rude . Kept eyeing my daughter like there was something wrong with her.
Not the thing to do.
Her hospitality sucked.

Popped in for an old favourite and ended up getting something different after talking to the owners. Very friendly service and the sub was exactly as expected.

Every so often I get a craving for Mr Sub, as was the case today.
They served up a stale bread. You’re not fooling anyone in using the bread from yesterday. Throw out the stale bread or you will continue to lose customers as you did in me today :(
