Mr.Sub

The reason for my bad review is based off of the last 3 times I visited this MR SUB. This is the only location that is so skimpy on their toppings. You pay 15 plus dollars for sub that is worth 5$ .
I now go to the MR SUB on Fairview and they make your sub the way it’s supposed to be with A SMILE!

Bread always super fresh and the staff is very friendly!

15+$ for an assorted sub! Yikes! I get that prices continue to rise, but this is getting out of control!

Walked in with my special needs daughter woman behind the counter who was serving us was rude . Kept eyeing my daughter like there was something wrong with her.
Not the thing to do.
Her hospitality sucked.

Popped in for an old favourite and ended up getting something different after talking to the owners. Very friendly service and the sub was exactly as expected.

Got a veggie sub. Tasted good. Appreciate it

Every so often I get a craving for Mr Sub, as was the case today.

They served up a stale bread. You’re not fooling anyone in using the bread from yesterday. Throw out the stale bread or you will continue to lose customers as you did in me today :(

On October 19th 2024 my 25 year old daughter and I entered this location at 491 Appleby Line. I handed the older lady the coupon before ordering and asked what subs this applied to. Her response was any of them. We ordered a pizza sub and 2 Canadian clubs. When it came to toppings we asked for cucumber we were given 4 slices on each foot long. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was brown. The pizza sub gets warmed up in a microwave??? When it came time to pay I was surprised at the total. I asked if they applied the coupon. The older gentleman said they had and the coupon was only valid on 1 sub. I reminded them that I had asked in the beginning which subs the coupon applied to. They told me I should have read the coupon myself. I asked what if I can’t read or have a disability of some kind. The older gentleman’s response was “you are from Canada right.” They continued to raise their voices and talk over me. I told them I would make sure others know the quality is terrible! It’s the bad attitudes they both displayed combined with poor customer service that will keep me out of this establishment in the future. So disappointed!!

The BEST Mr Sub ever !!! We've tried other locations and they were a disappointment. This location makes fabulous, tasty subs and that's why we keep coming back.

I came here after work hoping to get a quick meal. And they were closed.. but the website didn't say that ...

A+ place. The owners also run the place daily, they care how they put your sandwich together unlike the subway and every locations useless staff. Tastes way better also!
