Very disappointing with regards to service. 1.15 hours for appetizer and soup. Main course may be coming soon, we were told. First time and last time. Have eaten many 5*+ restaurants around the world and this was disappointing

This place has the small, elegant, old school vibe where mafia hits would happen.....and nobody seen a thing.
Food and services are second to NONE.

I ordered a medium rare fillet mignon and I received a medium well at $71. It was my fathers 90th birthday. Very disappointed! I told the waiter to package leftovers so we could leave and he twice insisted we had to wait for everyone else to finish. I told him a third time to pack our leftovers as my son had to go back to fort Erie and he finally complied. I’ve been going there for years but this was the last time!

5 stars isn’t even enough stars! Absolutely amazing all around. We did not have a reservation and came in and they were able to squeeze us in super quick but were completely transparent about how long we would have for dinner. The steak was the best steak we have ever had!! Thank you to all the staff that were so sweet and funny! 10/10 making a reservation so we can have the full experience next time!

We recently took my Father for his 84th birthday, as he’d always wanted to go and had never been.

The restaurant is a cozy, intimate setting, so book an early reservation.

The service was in short, impeccable. We had someone at our table in a wheelchair and another with a significant food allergy, and they accommodated them without any fuss. They were attentive and professional, without being intrusive at all.

The menu is succinct and perfectly executed. Just enough choice and variation without being pretentious or risking quality and consistency.

The food was the star of the show, and it’s the first time in a long time where I felt I got what I paid for. Everything was cooked absolutely perfectly, from the steak to the veg. Nothing over powering anything else, and a reminder to me of what I should remember in my kitchen at home. The Caesar salad is absolutely fantastic, and plentiful!

Thank you to the team at Napoleons for making my Fathers birthday one to remember. He’s still raving about the experience and we can’t wait to return.

As I said, book an early reservation time to avoid any wait as this place has a deservedly loyal following and just a few tables. A lot of restaurants in the area could learn from the Napoleon model.

Best steakhouse I have ever been to and I have been to a few. This place is mouth watering! The price is definitely worth it as the portions make up for it and the quality is top notch. The best calamari is located here, as with the Caesar salad, French onion soup and the complementary garlic bread and cheese. The peppercorn steak with the sauce, and garlic mashed potatoes are phenomenal. Atmosphere and service is amazing too. I recommend everyone to go here instead of the carriage house in Burlington or other steakhouses that are over priced- this one is definitely worth it!

My wife and I entrusted Napoleons with our Anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint. The service was extraordinary as well as the food. You'd expect with the high quality of the meal, the portion size to be small, but OMG there was so much. Desert for us was out of the question and most of our fingerling potatoes we had to take home and use for breakfast the next morning! :)

Our steaks where perfectly cooked and so tender.

I'd say pricing is similar to the Keg, but the food quality at Napoleons beats the Keg hands down.

I drove past this place so many times and never noticed it. We came here for my friend’s birthday dinner and wow what a hidden little gem! I’ve never had feta and pickle spears as starter until Napoleon’s and I’m all for it! Steak was great and staff were super friendly. Cherry on top: your beverages are served with a FLAMING SWORD!!!!! 9000000/10

It kind of looks strange because it’s a beautiful wood door in a plaza but it’s phenomenal!
Best steakhouse in the area I have been to yet!
It’s got the mobster classy atmosphere and the food was sooo soo good!
We had a ton of food, French onion soup, Tuna Mahi mahi, Caesar Salad and Steak one with lobster one with shrimp served with perfect mashed potatoes and grilled veg!
As well as cheesecake for dessert! With tip apx $350 - completely worth it and the experience!

Kid-friendliness: Not really unless it’s for a celebration for someone older

My first time there for my parent’s 50th anniversary and it was an excellent experience!! Service and food quality are my two biggest things when I eat out and this exceeded my expectation. Great job and see you in October for my dad’s 80th birthday which we already booked before leaving. Thanks to their staff at Napoleon and the chefs!! Cheers

atmosphere and service are always amazing at Napoleon's! some of the best salad you will ever have, I usually order a new york steak with peppercorn sauce and never disappointed, worth a try if you got the money to spend! my family said quality is not what it used to be with their meals but nonetheless still worth going!
