Nothing but helpful in this store …answered all the coffee and machine questions I had about my new Nespresso..Caitlyn went through different coffee strengths with me and have found a new favorite …Will be back soon!

I have been to several Nespresso around the golden horseshoe. I have never had such a bad experience. The people seem to be extremely under pressure and rude. I stood there for over 15 minutes waiting to buy a new machine. I went to the back at the espresso bar. Nobody even greeted me. I felt like I was not welcomed. I have to piggyback off of the last review as I agree. The people seem to be extremely rude and they need to change their mannerism. I have worked in retail many years and one of the most important thing is making sure that the customer is always greeted and not walking around like a deer in headlights.

The tall white guy staff member was rude and inappropriate. Instead of handing the mixing stick properly to my daughter, he threw it toward her. This behaviour made us feel very unwelcome, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

This store is unworthy of my business. I came in to try the Fortado, liked it. Asked for two boxes while helped by the store manager. When the asian lady who works reception ignored me and proceeded to give me heavy attitude i was no longer interested in the products they offer. Horrible customer service. I’m a human too i understand holiday season can get overwhelming… but to give me attitude out of no where lmao. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I visited the Nespresso boutique in Mapleview mall, Burlington, intending to purchase coffee pods, but the experience was significantly marred by the poor attitude of the staff. The associate I interacted with was notably rude and unhelpful, offering minimal assistance and displaying clear impatience during a simple transaction. The quality of the coffee is fine, but the lack of basic customer service professionalism made the entire visit unpleasant. Management needs to address staff training on customer interaction, as this poor service detracted entirely from the shopping experience. Never going back to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Nespresso store. The staff were incredibly rude, and when I asked the employee who was in charge, she pointed me to someone and said he was the manager. I explained to him (Randy)how unprofessional the employee was, but he did absolutely nothing and didn’t even try to address the situation.
This kind of attitude and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Nespresso. I left the store feeling disrespected and unheard. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and I won’t be coming back.
Just visited this location today and found that the customer service was a bit rude, particularly when we asked her to try one of the coffees. This is not the first time this has happened when we’ve visited this particular location. What’s the point of offering the option to try the coffee when the attendant rolls their eyes when you ask? For others reading this review have a look at the other low ratings and you’ll see that this is a common theme at this location. Don’t choose retail if you don’t like interacting with people folks, it’s as simple as that.

We made the trip to the store instead of ordering online hoping to receive informative, helpful service. Instead, the lady helping us was shockingly rude and made us feel so uncomfortable. They literally just sell coffee pods and machines, but the attitude in there was unreal? I never write reviews, but after reading multiple reviews with the same experience this one deserves it. Management needs to have a conversation with the team about how they treat customers. How is getting coffee pods such a terrible experience? I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here

I had a very negative experience at this location today. I found that the manager had an unfriendly and condescending attitude. I initially went in and purchased two sets of pods, within a minute of purchasing the pods I had barely stepped foot outside the store when I realized I had bought the wrong pods for my machine. I immediately asked if I could exchange the pods for the correct type. The tall guy who assisted me was not the friendliest and when the manager stepped in they told me all coffee products were final sale and non-refundable. I told her that she literally watched me buy these two minutes ago and she very clearly saw me step out to the front of the store and step right back inside. It was not like I opened the box or had gone home and come back. I bought the pods at 2:01 pm and by the end of the experience it was only 2:07 pm. I didn’t even want a refund, I just wanted to exchange for the correct pods! I also brought to her attention that it is not written clearly anywhere nor was it explained to me at check out that these sales were final. Otherwise I would have double checked before purchasing.
Overall her demeanor was cold and unapologetic! She even told me to try and trade my pods for the correct ones on Facebook marketplace. After coming online and reading other people’s reviews it seems the poor customer service at this location has been an ongoing problem yet nothing has been done about it. This was my very first time owning my own Nespresso machine and my first time coming in to get pods for it. And I have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. I will not be coming back and telling everyone I know to avoid this location!

Very upset with the service. I have been a Nespresso customer for 7 years now. And to be honest I don't want to come to a Nespresso store at maple view mall anymore. This attitude is like you came to steal coffee and not buy it. Better to buy online.

My experience at this location was amazing. Harsh was very friendly and patient while my boys and I try to decide on flavors that we liked. He offered suggestions and the service received was impressive.
I would definitely return to this location and would highly recommend.

My experience at this Nespresso was amazing.
It was my first time being at a Nespresso with family, and I loved everything.
The products were transcending, and left me with a good feeling after leaving.
The service was beyond what I would have imagined. The people that had helped my family and I were Asa, and Harsh. Both very helpful patient people.
Finally, the atmosphere was very very soothing. I would 100% recommend a visit.

Went into this Nespresso store to purchase some pods - the salesperson greeted me but then I felt super rushed through the process. I wasn't sure what I wanted and I just feel like they wanted me to make a decision and get out. I got home and realized I had forgotten to get decaf pods. There was literally no one else in the store so I'm not sure why the guy was in such a rush for me to make a decision.
