The clerk was pleasant but when I asked her to refresh my memory about scaling she told me to follow directions on box and just run descaled through and it s good to go , when I was leaving she ran to get me an info sheet which showed it wasn’t just running through once I went in to buy coffee and descaler

So I'm writing on behalf of my fiance for an experience she just had, and I often feel the same when I step into this specific location. We come here maybe every other month to get pods, but often times we notice the staff is very dry, to the point, and just unfriendly... I really don't ever let this sort of this bother me but after hearing about it just now it upset me. Everything else about the place is fine, I just think a little kindness and enthusiasm goes a long way. I hope the next time we step into the store theres a bit more eagerness from the staff to help customers out.

My family and I always come to this Nespresso, and today I stopped by to get something for Fathers Day. Irina went above and beyond, she was such a sweetheart! She even brought me a latte to sample before I chose. Amazing service, as always!

I come here monthly to restock my nespresson pods. It’s normal to enter the store and feel lost and overwhelmed due to the amount of staff working but all seem to be not helpful. There’s counters unmanaged and unstaffed. You have to personally seek out someone to help you and basically force them to sell you pods. They don’t tell you the promos that are offered and god forbid they tell you how that coffee actually tastes/brews. The staff aren’t rude but not pleasant either.
It’s sad that the management of the store isn’t held to a higher standard considering that it’s a higher end coffee establishment. It seems the staff aren’t happy working for this company
6 workers for almost zero customers. When you walk in, they immediately ask you if you’re buying or browsing, so have your answer ready. Some of the staff seem a bit overcaffeinated! There isn’t a single price for the capsules to be found anywhere. I guess that’s part of the jewellery store mystique. Better to buy aftermarket capsules if you have a non-Vertuo machine.
