Sabrin was ahead of the game! She’s very quick fast, kind, and amazing with communication skills with customers with their orders. First time being at New York fries that it won’t be my last. Highly recommend.

Mixed feelings about this location. Depending on who is working you may or may not get what you pay for. I worked for NYF around 10 years ago when I was in high school and we were trained to load up the fries and poutine to keep people coming back. A poutine was $6.77 after tax back then. Now they want to charge over 9 dollars for a poutine and the workers cheap out on the toppings. Today I had to ask the worker to put more chili on the works that I ordered as he only put on two small, watery scoops. Even after two more small watery scoops I was let down at how it looked, especially for being “the Works”. I don’t know if the worker was told to be cheap by the owner of this location so I won’t blame it on him.
