The staff here are very friendly. My daughter's school orders lunches from here and they actually knew her name when I mentioned the school and her order! I have had the veal sandwich and it was very good. I just had the lasagna today and it was so good, on par with the homemade ones I have had in the past.

Absolutely delicious Penne Ala Vodka, would come again just for it. The veal sandwich was great too. It was just the right portion size and not too heavy and generous of a meal which I appreciated. Also it was very welcoming when walking in for the first time with prompt greetings from both the counter and kitchen staff which I find is very important in leaving a good and lasting impression on customers. The prices are a tad bit much but it is understandable due to inflation these days. Thank you so much and I will most definitely be back!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would!! The service was quick, and so lovely. So hospitable! She knew I was sick and not feeling well, so when my husband went back to grab our order she put two cannoli inside with a note saying to “Feel Better” .. so sweet and thoughtful. Also the food is AMAZING!!!! ?

So, the veal was crazy dry and from reading through the reviews I'm not the only one that's noticed this. I thought they had an off day at the time but it doesn't look like it was the case. I did like the sauce and bun, but the veal should be the star of the show and it was a huge disappointment. It does also add up quite a bit if you add toppings, I ended up around $18, so be aware before you order.Service was good and appears they have their regulars that enjoy the place so it's not like it's a bad spot or anything, but if you find yourself in the area and deciding where to stop for food, I would not recommend it.

Dominic veal sandwiches on Fairview St was just terrible , the sauce was bittler and the meat was hard, one of the worst food experience. I thought I would support a nother local familhy owned restaurant , but it was not just over priced , the food was so bad. Guess what ...I'm going back to California veal, they are always consisent and the food is tasty and with no surprises.

I went in this week for a veal sandwich which was very expensive and just ok.I was going to leave a 3 star review but seen your reply to William G who had the same problem I did so I felt "compelled" to leave 1 star.its not very clear when first looking at the menu that a fully loaded sandwich will be like $10+ more then a plain one so I bet a lot of people like myself who like all the toppings get surprised by the price.Also I had to pay before you made my sandwich so you are defiantly not being truthful about the other guy letting you make his sandwich before cancelling.

Domenic's quickly became a family favourite restaurant. The people are so nice, and the food is amazing! The price is like fast-food, but the quality is on par with authentic Italian restaurants.Kid-friendliness: Always a delicious meal that everyone is happy with, at a fair price. Found the prices too high, so I didn't end up getting anything. also didn't like that it was charge per topping.Side note: the cashier was very friendlyEdit: Contrary to what Domenic's wrote in their reply they didn't prepare my meal for me. I left long before that.It was my first time in this place so I just took a quick look at the menu, the young lady asked me what I wanted and decided to order a regular chicken parmesan sandwich. She called out to the kitchen, then asked me what toppings I wanted to witch I replied "everything", she then informed me that it was a dollar something per item.The sandwich plain was already expensive, charging for every topping was too much so I cancelled and left. There was less then half a minute between asking for the sandwich and cancelling.This was honest feedback. Instead of getting defensive and stretching the story, just improve.To anyone wondering who is telling the truth.Go there and see if they will prepare your entire meal before you pay.
