I had a large shawarma wrap and this is the second Osmos Location that I’ve tried their shawarma and it tastes very bad it was very bland, the chicken tastes really weird it had no favour honesty I wouldn’t even call this shawarma it was the worst chicken wrap I’ve ever tried. I’m never buying from them again. And I see ALL the comments are negative on here and their all about how bad their food tastes I’m surprised they’re still open.. guys try Zesty shawarma and Halal Grill you will thank me later thats what I call shawarma best one ever !!!

I ordered chicken on the rocks large and a saj wrap. The saj was so thin and it felt like holding a paper. And same with the chicken on the rocks. The temperature was too cold for the food when I asked him to measure the temperature the scales said 55 f (12 degree C) to which he said its enough. The quality was also given according to the medium size in a large container. Pathetic service. Never recommend to anyone. Just waste of your money

Terrible Shawarma I have experienced in my 54 years of life, no taste, not much salad inside wrap and cold chicken pieces in side the wrap. I suggest if you are in Maoleview mall, Burlington and hungry don’t even look at the Osmow shop there instead buy tea or coffee with something for eating from the Tim Horton just beside.
Worst customer service. The server was the rudest. Haven’t experienced this anywhere. 0/10

What a pathetic place to have spent $35 today. The guy at the closing shift was hardly interested in serving, he has zero knowledge about making a shawarma wrap because he left it open on both ends for it to leak out everything. The overall saj was so thin it felt wrong in so many ways. The shawarma box literally did not have anything. Old rice, old cold chicken, and toppings are chopped down to the smallest piece possible and the guy had so much pain to put them on the saj or in the box as if I was taking free food. This outlet needs to be looked out for by Osmows! Highly disappointed
