Ordered chicken on the rocks through uber eats. The lettuce had slimy bits and the lettuce tasted bad in general . Could not scrape off the lettuce as i had mixed it up before eating . I complained to uber but they did nothing either

There falafels are really bad now. Always taste burnt which tells me the oil is old. Compared to Tahini's, Osmows needs to step it up and not skimped on ingredients. All locations are cutting back.
