I went to Osmow this Saturday and got a wrap and a platter packed from them. As I have a small kid, I specially requested them to keep the wrap and platter moderate and not much spicy. But to my sheer disappointment, first the quantity of rice in the platter was less( reason quoted was busy hours and there were no more rice) and then the food was extremely spicy. Awful service and no tabouleh! Arguing over fries, cooking meat right next to raw meat a big nono. Disgusting!
