First of all, my name is not Ozan, and I have no idea who that is — clearly, you copied and pasted a response without even checking the reviewer's name. That alone shows how little you care about individual customer feedback.
Secondly, my complaint had nothing to do with any Uber order or a BOGO promotion. I was talking about how your staff treated me rudely in person, which you completely ignored.
Instead of addressing the actual issue — your staff’s unacceptable behavior — you chose to respond with a generic excuse meant for someone else. That’s not just careless, it’s disrespectful.
I expected a sincere response, maybe even an apology. But now I see the problem goes beyond just rude staff — it’s poor management as well.
Please take customer concerns seriously and stop sending canned replies. You’re only making things worse.

I ordered from Osmow's Shawarma today and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff spoke rudely, messed up the order, and even used foul language in front of customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. No one deserves to be treated like this. I do not recommend this place and will never return.

Rest everything was fine, but the store was totally hot cuz it seems like they haven't turned on the AC. For dine-in it was totally difficult to have our food.
