Papa Johns Pizza

Had a very nice experience at Papa John’s Pizza in Burlington. The food was okay, but what really made my visit great was the wonderful customer service. The young lady, Asita, provided helpful information about the pizzas and was incredibly sweet and polite. Because of her great service, I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you, Asita!

Every time I get a pizza its made just how I ask. (I appreciate a well done pizza) its been great and consistent and I get it more than I'd like to admit. Can't speak on sides I dont get them.

Im assuming most of the 1 stars are uber/skip drivers that don't bring a pizza bag. They have a big table thing that says no bag no pizza.

I'm not happy with boneless chicken wings. They are just chicken nuggets... What!!!?? You can not do that, you can't call chicken nuggets - wings!

I was picking up an order from this papa Johans pizza shop when one of their employees put a finger in nose.

I visited yesterday and had the worst experience. I will never go there again. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude. The owner seriously needs to provide training on how to speak to customers. I was waiting for my order, and when I asked about it, they responded very rudely. Even the pizza was terrible.

Terrible experience at this Papa John’s location. The customer service was absolutely disappointing staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in serving customers. I felt ignored and unwelcome the entire time.

Food quality was below average
pizza was cold and lacked freshness. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, and it didn’t resemble what you’d expect from a well-known chain like Papa John’s.

Good pizza! I have been ordering pizza delivery from this store for a long time now and never once have I seen a Papa Johns delivery person hand me a pizza without it coming out of a pizza bag. It is sad to see all these bad reviews because as a paying customer I expect my food to be delivered hot. With Papa Johns, that's exactly what I get. Thanks for the good pizza and delivery.

Waste of time if have so high standards for delivery do it your self stop wasting delivery drivers time for such a silly reason to have a bigger bag for delivery
