We ordered 2 large pizzas and were charged 2 large pizzas. In actually we received 2 medium pizzas in a large box. We called and the manager, told us that we were delivered large boxes. He justified this by saying the code on the box was large so that’s what we got. We informed him that we order from there quite often and he agreed with that. We never had a problem before and it really takes alot for us to call and complain about something. He even agreed that our order was always 2 large pizzas. He didn’t understand English and refused to help us.

This location has gone downhill fast. The rudest employees work here and they will argue with you when you ask simple questions about toppings. Customer Service is nonexistent here and a place I wouldn’t order pizza based on how they treat their customers. Couldn’t get my pizza because they didn’t bother to put the order in over the phone and I left after they were hostile and rude. Head Office has been notified.

Pizza was not even warm. Literally worst experience I had with a pizza place . Then driver shows up at my gate starting at me expecting me to walk down the driveway to meet him. We had a 40 second stare down until he realized I wasn’t walking down my driveway . Pure laziness and I paid cash and he literally tried giving himself a tip with the change given back . Is the people you send to your customers . Never again would I eat papa johns . Literally the worst experience

First time having canadian papa johns pizza and prices were expensive and pizza was underwhelming. Good to know, staff was super nice just not quality pizza.

I had some odd pizza experiences, but this one was on a whole new level. I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s, and when I took my first bite, I genuinely thought I had accidentally ordered a “mystery pizza.” The taste was… let’s just say, unique. It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t good — it was like the pizza was trying to be pizza but just couldn’t figure out what it wanted to be.

The crust had a flavor I can only describe as “confused.” The cheese? Definitely having an identity crisis. The sauce? Let’s just say it didn’t taste anything like the usual tangy goodness I know and love. I called the store, but they didn’t seem too concerned about my “adventure in taste.” In the end, I tossed the whole thing — no one could figure out what it was supposed to be.

Papa John’s, I just want a pizza that tastes like pizza, not some bizarre science experiment. Do better.

Pizza arrived cold and they forgot our drinks. I called and they said they would deliver the drinks but by then, we had finished eating. I told them the pizza was cold and they said "the store is really busy tonight". I guess they don't have those heat bags like every other place does. Will not order again. Over priced and poor quality.
