I had a wonderful experience at Paramount Burlington last Friday. We were supposed to host a birthday dinner for my uncle but due to some miscommunication the reservation wasn’t confirmed. The manager Abdullah is very accommodating and accommodated our party of 35 within 15-20 minutes, even before our guests showed up. Rawan from the waitstaff was taking care of us and was extremely helpful and prompt in everything all the time with a lovely smile on her face. Can’t recommend the place enough for their amazing customer service.

Abdullah and Rabia were our servers. They were fantastic! We were celebrating a birthday in our family and they took good care of us. The service and food was amazing. Delicious fresh and quick food. Lots of vegetarian options. The Saj wraps were the best. Thanks so much!

We just ordered a plate of Arabic Mezze, Fantosh salad with chicken shawarma and Saj through Uber Eats. When we open the order we found there was no Arabic bread sent with Mezze or Fantoush salad. We called up the restaurant and they said you can come and pick up the bread (we live 16 kms from restaurant and that’s why we ordered through Uber Eats!) They refused to either deliver the Arabic bread to us or pay back for the missing order! Very unprofessional and arrogant - I would never ever order from them again!!

Visited the restaurant, enjoyed the food, not enough waiters, no salt on the table, but two black papers, requested lemon with the water, but never came. Washroom sink faucet was out of order, and urinary was not clean. Other than these items, all were fine.
My advice to owner/management please clean your Washroom, train your staff to improve services. Thank you

Food is always great .. but service is bad. Clearly
Understaffed .. no one ever answers the phone.. my table was right next to a table that was left unclean for like 2 hours and it was starting to smell bad .

We love the food but the kids hate going the restaurant .

Formerly a reliable establishment, Paramount has significantly declined in quality. The food was poorly prepared, and the service was incredibly slow; after an hour, we still hadn't received our order. A disappointing experience.

I find myself in the area most Thursdays and this has become my go-to place for lunch. Abdullah is an incredible host and really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I usually order the fattoush salad with chicken or beef, and the lentil soup. I also really enjoy their sides like moutabbal and muhammara.

The first time was very pleasant, both the food and the service. 5 star level, so we decided to revisit of course, but the next visit was a 4 star…hmm..not so good…ok we’ll give it another chance…

This time? 3 star. Barely. Bland food and slow service.

Sigh…looks like the Paramount resurgence is very selective at best…not consistent at all.

Ordered the beef with hummus today. The beef portions are a lot smaller than what they use to be a couple months ago
