Excellent food. Very fresh. Great service from Majd.

I ordered from Paramount through Uber Eats and was really disappointed this time. The chicken skewer portion was extremely small — only four small pieces of chicken — and the “fattoush” wasn’t made properly since it had no pita chips, which are supposed to be included.

I had even called to confirm my order beforehand, but when I called back after receiving it to ask why it looked this way, the staff member (Majd) said he did all he could and insisted that everything was packed — which felt like he was putting the responsibility on the customer instead of trying to help.

This was very unfair and upsetting, especially from a restaurant like Paramount that I usually enjoy. I hope they take this feedback seriously and pay better attention to portion sizes, quality, and customer service.

Absolutely delicious! We have catered boxed food a couple of times for our team-office meetings and the food has always been a hit! Fresh, healthy and tasty. The owner makes sure everything is organized and delivered on time.

Great food! Warm pitas, tender meat, squishy halloumi cheese … just pure yummy-ness! Prices are reasonable as well.
Abdullah served us very kindly and professionally and Majd came to say hi. Very warm and friendly staff.

I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying a meal curated by Majd, and I can confidently say the quality of the food was outstanding. Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care.

To top it all off, Majd went above and beyond by sending complimentary baklava – and wow, it was delicious! The perfect balance of sweetness and texture, truly the best I’ve had in a long time.

Every paramount I go to is delicious but the Burlington location is the best! Meat is always cooked perfectly, staff very friendly, and the kids always love the play area.

Ordered takeout for the family today and it was awesome! Everything was super fresh, packed really well, and tasted amazing. This Paramount location never lets me down.

This was a great restaurant experience. The ambience was beautiful, the food was incredibly tasty, and the service was very quick. I especially want to shout out Abdullah and Rawan who were absolutely incredible. They both served with a smile and were quick to help whenever we needed it. Will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at Paramount Burlington last Friday. We were supposed to host a birthday dinner for my uncle but due to some miscommunication the reservation wasn’t confirmed. The manager Abdullah is very accommodating and accommodated our party of 35 within 15-20 minutes, even before our guests showed up. Rawan from the waitstaff was taking care of us and was extremely helpful and prompt in everything all the time with a lovely smile on her face. Can’t recommend the place enough for their amazing customer service.
