Review for Café Peach – 1.5/5
I had high hopes for Café Peach in Burlington, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I ordered an espresso, and it was not up to standard at all. The coffee was overly sour, clearly under-extracted, and it was evident that the barista did not tamp the coffee properly. The volume of the shot was off, and they didn’t bother to weigh the coffee for accuracy—something I would expect from a professional café. To make matters worse, they didn’t even serve water alongside the espresso, which is basic etiquette for an espresso service.
My wife ordered a cappuccino, and sadly, it wasn’t much better. The milk foam was poorly textured and uneven, and I saw the barista spill milk out of the pitcher while steaming it—another sign of unprofessionalism.
Overall, the quality of both drinks was far below expectations. The lack of care in preparation and presentation was very apparent, and it left us feeling disappointed.

Hi business owner, today I had a bad experience for our orders of three drinks. The orders were not served is the right orders, the person behind us got his coffee and left, and while we were still waiting for the rest of our drinks the barista was making a Matcha drink for someone else who was after us. When I brought this to the attention of the girl behind the cash she explained that they are doing their best and "the orders does NOT work like that". I responded that I do understand if they are busy and I have patience for waiting but what I do not understand is why the orders are not served in the right orders, she again reply that "it does not work like that!".
So dear business owner, As a customer I do not accept this because the drinks orders should be handled in the order. As simple as that.
As a person who is a coffee & cafe enthusiastic, and has been discovering the cafe culture around the world, I left your shop dissatisfied. However I think this could turned to a better experience if simply the staff would say "sorry"!

Very disappointed, I bought an ice coffee like I do every morning from here and by the time I got to work I noticed there was no ice and that it was hot. When I called to let them know their ice coffee was still hot it didn’t seem to bother them and proceeded to not apologize. Won’t be coming back. I do not recommend .

Peach Coffee left a mixed impression. The coffee itself was okay—neither bad nor great—but a bit on the bitter side for my taste. One thing I appreciated was the design of their cups, which are quite nice, and the writing on the lid adds a thoughtful touch.
Unfortunately, the lid design falls short. It doesn’t form a proper seal, causing leaks from the front. This ruined my clothes and made for an unpleasant experience.
The sweets were disappointing as well. They had a hard shell, which isn’t typical compared to the softer options I’ve had at other coffee shops. While I understand they are made overnight, that doesn’t justify the overly hard texture. When I raised this with the staff, they were defensive instead of offering an apology, an exchange, or even an alternative. Even if it was a matter of differing opinions, better handling of the situation would have left a better impression.
Overall, I didn’t enjoy my visit and don’t see myself coming back. The atmosphere seems geared more towards students, which might explain its popularity, but it didn’t meet my expectations for quality or service.

Cute space and very courteous service. The coffee was definitely far above average. A premium bean and a well extracted cup of coffee yielded a balances taste with some interesting notes if not a lot of depth.
I would definitely recommend

Coffee is normally fine. But, it’s an extremely busy Saturday with only 1 barista/cashier working? Absolutely ridiculous. There were 15 people waiting in line. That’s what we get for living in a “city” with barely any independent coffee shops where places are too cheap to hire more people.
Best coffee is Burlington. Always consistent and the most tasty scones! The team is lovely too

Friendly service but their london fog is terrible. They basically just served me a regular tea, but for $2 more… Waste of money.

Got myself a dirty chai - perfect level of sweetness and spice. The lady behind the counter (unfortunately i didnt get her name) was running the show single handedly that too quite fantastically!
My husband ordered a cappuccino and only had concerns over the size of the cup being too small.

I’ve been a few times and really enjoyed my drinks each time. The latte and strawberry matcha were divine. It’s pricy but worth it for a treat.
