Ordered a 2 for 1 special and got two pounds of wings. Opened the containers and one was noticeably short a few wings. Appears to be an attempt to save on inventory and not actually offer the full two pounds. Wings were the same size as well.

Sheer stupidity and incompetence at 1107pm on Tuesday dec 9. Went in with my wife on the way home from hamilton. They have a Tuesday special with 2 diff items. Can order 1 thing or the other she said. I said okay ill get the one thing for my order. My wife would get the other thing for her order. She said that's 2 separate orders. We said yes sure. Then she said no its one or the other. I said we are two people with two separate orders. She wouldn't let us. We just left. Absolute ridiculously terrible service. She should be fired. Don't advertise specials if you won't honour them. Unreal.
Response to their response: If you're going to phone it in with your Chat GPT AI responses, tell it to do the Canadian spelling. HonoUred. Also, ask to not do em dashes, as it makes it look a little bit less lazy.

Fries were absolutely terrible those in the pic that he used have been sitting there since before we came in. We got our sandwiches before fries were even dropped! Niger was good. Cheesesteak were good Poutine was trash.

Had a fantastic Greek Freek! Try it with the steak, lettuce, tomato, onion, feta and greek sauce. Sooooo good. Poutine was decent but the cheese curds are not the best.
