We stopped being customers there. The food quality is sliding downhill bigtime compared to a year or so ago. Not sure if there has been a management or ownership change, but the service and food is not like it once was. Hopefully the owners will wake up before it's closing time.!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I just love it so much for many reasons. It's definitely my favorite pub style restaurant chains in Ontario.
The menu here is very extensive with such a variety of tasty options to choose from. And to top it off, you won't break the bank dining out here. It's so rare for a couple to dine out anywhere with drinks in 2025 without dropping over 100 bucks in one outing. But here that's not the case. Every night, they have daily specials that are quite enticing too, and the portions won't disappoint even if you opt for the specials. Really, you can't go wrong with the regular menu being priced quite reasonably it'll keep you returning. The service has also been consistently friendly every time. Koodos to whoever does the hiring here. Always impressed with the time it takes to get drinks and food as it has been steadily quick even when they're seemingly busy. The only thing I'd suggest is that if you go for live music night and you're more sensitive to noise, ask to be seated towards the back as it's very loud near the band stage area.

Another very successful meal last night. We had two of the pastas: Asiago Chicken and Louisiana Creole. Great Flavour and Great Price. Service excellent too.

Delicious food and a really nice restaurant. I got a Swiss burger with fries and it was delicious, one of the better burgers I’ve had in quite a while. Our waitress was excellent and attentive. Five out of five.

Getting seated was quick and easy. The staff are quick with food, patient and kind, dare I say easy going.
The food was delicious, I had coconut shrimp, Pipers signature burger, chicken tacos and a Pipers breakfast, ( All in one sitting at that haha ).
Definitely going back to try the other dishes when I am in the area. Shoutout to the chefs and kitchen!

Arrived before 5 pm for dinner, was placed in an area we could not sit , asked to move and told everything else was reserved, half of the place was empty? Sad that a restaurant is not accommodating to the public. Disappointed as 3 other couples walked out right behind.

Sometimes you just need a burger and salad on a Wednesday night and this place did not disappoint. It was busy for a wed night yet service was good. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and the salad is generous. Our server was excellent (blonde with a ponytail prob in her 40’s) Prices are reasonable. We’ve lived in Burlington 20yrs and never been here! A hidden gem- we will be back.

Thank you so much to the Manager & Staff of Piper Arms Burlington for making our family birthday party such a great success. Our Server Eliot and the other staff went out of their way to make this a warm, inviting location for us. The food was super delicious, service was excellent & atmosphere was friendly & welcoming. Thank you to the Manager who assured us that we would be well looked after and we were.....thank you all so much.

I've eaten here twice - once in person and now ordering for delivery. The food is super bland. The veggies included with the entree v obviously come from a bag of frozen mixed veg which wouldn't be so bad if they went beyond defrosting to perhaps toss them in butter and seasonings or something. Salt and pepper at least. The main reason I've ordered is for the battered mushrooms - I'm really surprised at how few mushrooms came in my order considering the price... Not great portions of anything but when appetisers cost as much as an entree anywhere else I'd think you'd get a lot for your money. They're also unsurprisingly underseasoned although the type of batter is nice and crispy.
The curry is alright, watery but the most flavorful of what I got, but the chicken pieces are sad and few. The Yorkshire was the best part of the meal both times. I wouldn't really recommend this place if you're looking for hearty, generous portions of reliable comfort foods. The menu is expansive and all over the place but so far nothing has met my expectations unfortunately.
