There is no place like Piper Arms in Burlington. The staff is friendly and they get to know you once you have been a few times. The prices are what gets people coming back. You can't beat their specials. They know how to run a business; reasonable prices, decent food, and great service. That's why it's always busy. Keep up the good work.

We are currently watching the jays game and extremely satisfied with the service.
We would have to recommend the manager Mal who kept checking up on us, and gave us great recommendations on food and beverages.

Great atmosphere, great food and drink options. Highly recommend!
Sat at bar for ten minutes not one employee asked me a single thing. Wont be back.
Niamh is absolutely the best !!!!
Great place to hang out with friends or family
A great local gem tucked away in an unassuming plaza. Good quality food and friendly service. The parking lot can get full as there is a grocery store across the way. Definitely recommend.

Went for a date night with my husband. We both had the ribs and wings which were lovely! Only wish they offered a substitute for the huge amount of fries. Waitstaff was great. It was packed and hot. The actual food was a bit slow, but made for lots of talking time, so we didn't mind.
We stopped being customers there. The food quality is sliding downhill bigtime compared to a year or so ago. Not sure if there has been a management or ownership change, but the service and food is not like it once was. Hopefully the owners will wake up before it's closing time.!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I just love it so much for many reasons. It's definitely my favorite pub style restaurant chains in Ontario.
The menu here is very extensive with such a variety of tasty options to choose from. And to top it off, you won't break the bank dining out here. It's so rare for a couple to dine out anywhere with drinks in 2025 without dropping over 100 bucks in one outing. But here that's not the case. Every night, they have daily specials that are quite enticing too, and the portions won't disappoint even if you opt for the specials. Really, you can't go wrong with the regular menu being priced quite reasonably it'll keep you returning. The service has also been consistently friendly every time. Koodos to whoever does the hiring here. Always impressed with the time it takes to get drinks and food as it has been steadily quick even when they're seemingly busy. The only thing I'd suggest is that if you go for live music night and you're more sensitive to noise, ask to be seated towards the back as it's very loud near the band stage area.
