After a long time, visited this pita place for takeout, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. the employees who assisted me (especially the young kid Chandni), were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to ensure my order was perfect and offered helpful suggestions. The food itself was delicious, fresh, and made exactly to my liking. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, and the cleanliness was impressive. I highly recommend this PitaPit to anyone looking for tasty and customizable pitas with excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning soon!
The Falafel pita has very little falafel, small pita overall, very scarce and bland. Very cheap toppings- it’s overloaded with only lettuce with Italian dressing and cucumber. It’s 90% Italian dressing lettuce with 10% falafel, not yummy. Don’t recommend this place at all, not even in a pinch.

Chandni and her team were very helpful, service oriented and the food was delivered right when I was hoping for it to arrive. Everything was labelled and delicious—and there were plenty of napkins. Consistently Slow Service! The food is fine, but it shouldn’t take 25 mins to wait for two non toasted pitas when there’s two staff working and only one other customer in the restaurant. I don’t have this experience at other locations and it’s always the case here.

Have been to 10s of pita pits all around canada. This one gave me not the best service in my opinion. Went on may 11, 7 PM. Waited almost 20 mins for a single smoothie order with only 2 customers before me. The person on the table was doing soo hard work, while the other kid working with her seemed very laid back. Cleaned her eyes wearing the same glove making my smoothie, went on to get a receipt from the garbage bin with the same glove. Not trying to be a karen, but it doesn’t seem very good when you are slow and still be this untidy. Still 3 stars for the hardworking lady who was actually working hard to get the line moving.
