Worst experience ever! Ordered through the Pizza Hut website and order wasn't being delivered. When we called the location, they said they never received the order. At first they refused to do anything but then they agreed to send the order once we send them the order confirmation email. After a couple of minutes they called back and said they cannot send us the order. We asked to speak to a manager or a complaint center at which point their rep Manpreet went absolutely crazy on the phone as if I am in the wrong when all we are looking for is our food or a solution for a refund. She basically told us to buzz off. Absolutely horrendous experience, no wonder Pizza Hut is going down the drain with zero quality control and customer service.
