I called this location on Sunday. . I asked for pizza of the day fajita chicken.They don't have . How come you don't have.You are promoting this on instagram and pizza hut website. And staff was really rude over the phone .Every time when i call this location.They just reply they don't have this product. Head office should check this location.

Absolute worst experience (worse than Bell lol) ordering online. Ordered an hour and a half ahead of time on a Thursday for delivery. App has no tracker and tracker through email says order being prepared and never changes. Called “the Hut”. It’s a call centre who have never tried the app??? Then tracker then said being packed … for 25 minutes. Then “out for delivery” but not trackable while someone zoomed by my window 3 times at 60 kms (speed limit is 15). Sill no pizza. Had to fight for refund. Location manager called and the excuse was only one driver and three orders. But I ordered an hour and a half early!!! They should forfeit the franchise in a hurry!
Walk in special medium 1 topping pizza 9.99. Sounded good and I wanted to pay for an additional 3 toppings. The total came to 31$ and change! 20$ for 3 additional toppings! Never will I eat at a Pizza Hut again!
