Been coming here for over 20 years and within last year or so, they’ve started to skimp on pizza sauce and cheese. Lu pizza was basically dough with tad of sauce + cheese.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Pizza Nova. I called the store 10 minutes before closing to order a pizza yesterday night and I made sure twice that they would deliver it on time. As a truck driver, I rely on timely service, but I ended up waiting for more than an hour for a pizza that never got delivered.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Not only did I waste my time, but I also didn’t get proper rest, which is crucial as I had a truck load delivery scheduled for the morning. This experience has left me frustrated and exhausted. I expect better service and reliability, especially when your customers depend on you.
