Pizza Nova is among our favourite pizzas but what we received from this Headon location was below par. The pizza was tough (maybe cooked too long or wrong ingredients used in dough) and flavourless. Toppings were not fresh.

Ordered pizza at 9:30 this morning and were supposed to show up at 4:50pm. 3 HOURS later and still no pizza, no update, no nothing. Went to the restaurant and tried to get an update and figure out what’s going on and was told they can’t find the driver? Customers were saying cut my losses and go to McDonald’s. I ordered early enough that this shouldn’t even be an issue. I get it’s Halloween and the Jays are on, but the way I was treated was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. They did give us pizza after having to fight for it and they were pretty good though.

Ordered through skip the dishes, driver never delivered the food nor did they attempt to call me. App showed delivered but with no image. I would expect better from pizza nova.

Not sure why this location has the reviews it has. I’ve ordered here many times and it’s been amazing each time. It’s family run, they are pleasant to deal with and the order is ready when it says it will be. My go to spot for a pizza that I know will always be consistently good!

Panzarotti was a rip-off, ordered it with pepperoni and bacon. Literally had only two little pieces of bacon. Half of it was all dough.

I just ordered 16 pizza's from this location to deliver to an office. The delivery driver was an elderly man that had trouble with the stairs (not a problem, I willingly took up the pizza upstairs myself). However he then had the audacity to say I didn't select to tip him when I ordered online. I know for a FACT I tipped and he tried to argue with me on it, while withholding the paper receipts from me. I told him he needs to speak to his employer then because I have an emailed copy of the receipt showing the tip. He then claimed he messed up and didn't see the tip on the receipt....Given the fact that I had to do 4 trips up the stairs and he did one I am questioning his demands for the tip and questioning how often he tricks people into thinking they didn't tip with an online order.... BUYER BEWARE...
Came in during my lunch. Employee working was too busy on his phone. I placed my order Large pizza half cheese half pepperoni. After waiting for over 15 mins I came back inside. The employee was on his phon didn’t even realize I was standing there waiting. Got my pizza and my order was wrong. He made a full pepperoni pizza. Did not even care , again he was too focused on his phone to acknowledge his mistake or to acknowledge that a customer was standing there. What an absolute joke … I left with a refund and never returning back

Ordering from this pizza place is such a nice experience because the guy at the front desk is calling me boss and I feel like I'm in charge the atmosphere really gives old and nice vibes I always gobble the food up when I'm feeling sad or hungry I hit up this place I lowkey think most people should.
