I just ordered 16 pizza's from this location to deliver to an office. The delivery driver was an elderly man that had trouble with the stairs (not a problem, I willingly took up the pizza upstairs myself). However he then had the audacity to say I didn't select to tip him when I ordered online. I know for a FACT I tipped and he tried to argue with me on it, while withholding the paper receipts from me. I told him he needs to speak to his employer then because I have an emailed copy of the receipt showing the tip. He then claimed he messed up and didn't see the tip on the receipt....Given the fact that I had to do 4 trips up the stairs and he did one I am questioning his demands for the tip and questioning how often he tricks people into thinking they didn't tip with an online order.... BUYER BEWARE...

Came in during my lunch. Employee working was too busy on his phone. I placed my order Large pizza half cheese half pepperoni. After waiting for over 15 mins I came back inside. The employee was on his phon didn’t even realize I was standing there waiting. Got my pizza and my order was wrong. He made a full pepperoni pizza. Did not even care , again he was too focused on his phone to acknowledge his mistake or to acknowledge that a customer was standing there. What an absolute joke … I left with a refund and never returning back

Ordering from this pizza place is such a nice experience because the guy at the front desk is calling me boss and I feel like I'm in charge the atmosphere really gives old and nice vibes I always gobble the food up when I'm feeling sad or hungry I hit up this place I lowkey think most people should.

We ordered food online from the site just after 11pm. It's now 12:20am still no food and the call center and store closed at midnight. Terrible customer service if you weren't going to fulfill our order at least call and say you can't so we can order food elsewhere. We have over company and now have to order some where else and wait again since you didn't bother to show up!
Used to be great - not sure if they changed the dough recipe but now it tastes like frozen pizza. Toppings are usually undercooked. Such a shame for our local pizza joint.

Do not believe the time they give walk-in guests. They make them wait the longest and are very rude when asking why they gave unrealistic time and said “we got busy”… I will never go here again. People have arrived after me for their pick up order and just like mine they didn’t make it or put in oven until asked. And once again very rude. They then rushed the order and it wasn’t even cooked. I’m VERY dissatisfied that I have to go and cook it at home now. Edited to Comment on the lack of handwashing after handling money. Disgusting.
