This afternoon, I stopped by their store to quickly check the menu and take a moment to compose myself after a trip. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff were immediately rude, loud, and judgmental. The stale pizza on display further dampened my appetite, and I decided not to purchase anything. To add insult to injury, they told me I wasn't welcome and laughed. It was an incredibly disappointing and off-putting visit. Their pizza crust usually tastes like cardboard anyway, and I wouldn't recommend this location. There are plenty of other pizza places in Burlington that offer a better experience. It's a shame because I have fond memories of this place from when I was growing up and going to school (central) under the old management, which was much more pleasant. It's unfortunate that they're having these bad days now.

The pizza nova at this specific branch Burlington Brant St is exceptional. The Vietnamese chef there is amazing, friendly and provides best customer service. I and my buddies always order their “charcoal pizza”, topped with mushroom, red onion, spinach and sliced tomato, finished it up with drops of olive oil and sprinkle of chili flake. This place never disappoint us. See you again soon anh!

A guy the name is HUNG he is the best worker I have seen in Canada , he is so nice person , always smile for all customers , and he found my lost wallet and he gave it to me
We go delivery to our hotel room. Veggie pizza and brucestta pizza. Literally the worst pizza in my life. Soggy. The opposite if Enjoyable. The delivery guy was so kind and nice but with all the pizza in the world why would you ever....

Very disappointed in you guys!! Ordered through door dash and my order was not as I requested. Contacted customer service at pizza nova and they lied and had every excuse not to refund or resend the order as requested. Meanwhile door dash gave me a full refund plus an extra $10. Me and my family (I have 22 aunts and 22 uncles, a mom, dad and a brother, not to mention almost 100 cousins) order from here every Wednesday, in person, and because of this experience, you have lost great customers. Way to go, Pizza Nova!
