NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.
I Was a loyal customer to pay pizza until tonight. I waited in the establishment for over 35 minutes for an order that I already placed ahead of time. There was only one lone employee working And some random dude that kept speaking in his language behind the counter. When I showed up to the location, my order Wasn’t even in the process of being made. I understand that working individually in a restaurant late at night is stressful But the lady working behind the counter was dismissive and ignorant. She wouldn’t even come to the front where the customers stand to have a conversation, instead she was screaming halfway across the kitchen. This is no way to treat customers, and this is not customer service. I am never attending this location again. This location needs some serious customer service training. When I asked for the employee’s name or at least an owner’s name, she told me that the location was closed and that I needed to get out of the store. This is how you handle situations? I Arrived to the store well before 2 AM. Shame on you. Furthermore, I recorded the entire Interaction and I have shared it with head office.

Ordered a stromboli, got a panzerotti. It was one of the greasiest things I've even seen in my life. Literally leaving pools of grease in the bottom of the box. It was my first time eating Pizza Pizza in years, since I never liked it much. Figured I'd give it another shot, but this has convinced me to never go again. Absolute trash.

Very rude staff, I ordered pizza slices using app ‘Too Good to Go’ They directly threw it in a plastic bag without any box. and when I raised the concern, someone (probably manager/owner) said, “this is how we pack for Tgtg orders.
A lady commented “these guys are not even able to spend 4$ and expect their food to be fresh”
For context ‘too good to go’ is app where you get discounted price. - you are the one who listed there for a discount, I just grabbed a deal.
