Last night I had an extremely poor experience with your restaurant. When I paid by debit, the transaction showed as processed on my bank account, but your machine did not reflect it. I provided proof directly from my bank, yet I was still required to pay a second time.
The entire situation took over an hour to resolve, and by the time I got to eat my pizza, it was cold. I ended up paying twice and didn’t even get to enjoy the food. This, combined with the lack of understanding from staff, made for one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will not be ordering again and will be sticking to Domino's. Their customer service center the next day was not much better.
