Today we had a really disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location. We went there for the first time and requested a very small change to our order. The online system doesn’t let you choose a dipping sauce, so we selected a drink instead — something we’ve done before at other locations with no issues. However, this time the staff member refused to make the change, and we ended up receiving drinks we didn’t need and had to pay extra for the dipping sauce. No hate toward the person who served us — he was extremely polite — but the overall situation just didn’t feel good.
