I ordered a medium doness pizza.. it was almost just dough.. a chewey sloppy mess of a pizza.. ordered dec 11 at 7:53pm .. my previous order i orderd.well done and it was black in some spots on the bottom .. i filled out the survey a d expect to be contacted by someone at pizza pizza.. . Im going back to ginos unless pizza pizza makes good on this mistake

It was just okay. The pizza is basic, which is what is expected. What stood out is the person who helped us. He was good, and friendly, but the ordering is so rigid and "anti- customer"
If my son didn't insist on pizza pizza, I would have gone somewhere else.
They have pick up special, that are locked to one toping, and if you want to add more you have to oder another item. Chaning a deal to an over priced basic item.
Im not sure if it's this franchise or pizza pizza in general, but i can say this, other places are simpler to order, and better tasting. Two major stikes pizza pizza, please do better.

I recently picked up my order from Pizza Pizza, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First, the wait time was excessive, and when I finally got my pizza, it was cold and looked like it had been tossed around in the box.
The toppings were sparse, and it was overcooked to the point of being burnt in some places. I also ordered a side of garlic dipping sauce, but it was missing from the order entirely.
To make matters worse, I noticed that they don’t use different utensils for vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. They use the same pizza cutters for both, which is a huge concern for anyone with dietary restrictions. When I called the store to express my disappointment, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive.
I expected a lot more from a well-known chain, and I won't be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We've been regular customers of Pizza Pizza (2201 Brant St Unit #9, Burlington) often ordering the same medium 2-topping (onion and green pepper) pizza, and we’ve typically enjoyed it. However, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. The pizza we received today was fully burnt—blackened on the back. It was simply inedible.
As loyal customers, we expected the same quality as usual, but this experience has left us hesitating to return to this location. Quality control and consistency are key, and this recent experience fell far below the standard we’re used to. Hoping management addresses these issues so we can feel confident in coming back.
