We were given a gift card and both times we’ve tried to use it here, we’ve had issues. The app won’t process the payment, and the last pizza we got was drowning in sauce.
This time, I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting, I went inside only to be told it hadn’t even been started yet. When I called customer service, I was told to wait another 15 minutes and call back if it still wasn’t ready.
We order pizza to make dinner with kids easier, but this location has made it more stressful every time.

Unfortunately the quality and taste are getting worse and worse every time. I realized that the staff has been changed and this is definitely why it is getting worse. Will not buy pizza anymore from it. Stop hiring cheap staff.

Ordered a delivery pizza well done. Delivery driver was rude from the start as he couldn't understand where my town houses was. Was not upset about that, complexes can be difficult. He rushed me through paying and once I opened the box the cheese on the pizza was not melted. I called in for a replacement pizza. The delivery driver came back with a fully cooked pizza but acted aggressive about me calling it in. Spent several minutes at the door explaining and showing him the pizza (that i gave back) was not cooked properly. And would not stop arguing untill my boyfriend came to the door.
