I have been going to this branch for many years and have always gotten great service with warm food. Yesterday I had a spicy chicken sandwich which hit the mark yet again! Totally recommend it.

Mid across the board. Not the best, not the worst chicken. Fills a void for a different style fried chicken. Sides get dry, prices aren't great. Everything is battered the same way so everything tastes the same, lots of flavor fatigue. Regardless of online ordering pickup, food is prepared and packaged upon arrival, not when ordered. >30 minutes and nothing was ready, you could argue it was to keep warm, but that's not why you order pickup online.
