Staff does not follow simple directions when you place an order. I’ve had to check my order before leaving every time because they keep screwing up on simple things. Several times I’ve gotten home to find that they have screwed up my order.
I placed an order of 6 hot wings, 6 garlic parm, 6 honey bbq and two sides (onion rings and Mac & cheese). With a large corporation you would expect consistency in size and quality of the wings but with my order there were neither. Also the Mac & cheese was literally the worst I've ever had as the "cheese" tasted like watered down velvetta and the onion rings were under fried. I tried this franchise because the one closer to my home also had issues with quality. As there are many chicken fast food outlets, I think I might give Popyees a break for a while.

Food is usually decent. Its not that hard to fry chicken. Where this place sucks is the service. Incredibly rude staff that act like your presence in their restaurant is the single greatest inconvenience in their life. No pleases, no thank yous, very unwelcoming experience overall.

I went in to order two pieces chicken.After greeting the guy at the front counter. Ordered breast and rib. noticed that he 1.50 to my bill. asked him why.He started to explain, then one of the other employee interrupted the conversation.I asked him to stay out of the conversation as I was speaking with the first person and he was rudely interrupting me.They were not happy to prepare fresh chicken to serve me.He said that the chicken would have taken 20 minutes . I offered to wait.The second employee was rude to me ,I ask the first guy to ask the other guy to stay out of conversation and he responded by saying he is my brother.So I guess family makes it okay to be rude to customers.But I left without any food.He ended the conversation by saying he was very happy that I told him to have a good evening and to forget about the order .I was not going to have persons with very bad customer service skills serve me anything.Good luck Popeyes you are doing well in the food and service industry.

I went with twin girls for early dinner time. The Staff is sooooooooooo damn nice I have no words. I wanted to go washcmy hands requested front staff to plz watch the girls for 2 mins and they kept em busy with sticker book. FOOD WAS SOO FRESH AND HOT. ? amazing amazing experience ❤️

Across the board, Popeyes in Canada need not call themselves fast food. Fortunately, the food universally is usually good. Perhaps with exception to peak hours, you almost ALWAYS have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a hot meal. It's just their accepted practice to not put themselves in the position to NOT throw away food. Thus, if you want their consistently good chicken your wait is their cost savings.

First time going to this location but it was near my parents place and I was craving ghost Pepper wings. Food tasted great and the service was top notch. Glad I gave this location a try. Recommend 10/10 for the price you pay.
Poor service.Said 6 minute wait and sat there for 30.Then tried to skimp on the fries and forgot the dips.

Been going to Popeyes for several years now. Was so excited when a location was opened in my area! I like their biscuits but only get them once in a while as a "treat". I was so upset to see that they had cut them down to basically half the size. They are now kiddie biscuits or dog size biscuits. Other than that we love the real chicken products
Ordered two of the 4 pcs dinners and I specifically asked what kind of chicken you get with that .I was told 2 white and 2 dark . Both dinners had 2 legs and 2 thighs each.Very disappointed. I feel like I was lied

I went to popeyes with valid code where you buy one coke and they give you chicken free. They refused to do that. They said code was generated today so they can't give it me. Servic guy name was sahil and manager name Bali.... I have never been denied a code l. This is the first time.

Great chicken as always. Pickles were a bit soggy and slightly browned, maybe sat out a while. Still definitely edible. Probably would have picked them out if I had seen the appearance before eating but what are ya gonna do
