We had one of the best dinners we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant, and we are foodies so that is saying something. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and classy. But let’s talk about the FOOD! Ugh! I splurged and tried the certified A5 Kobe, and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly buttery, tender, and perfectly cooked to temp, I couldn’t get enough. We’ve been to Japan and had A5 Kobe and Wagyu, and this was right up top with the cuts we had there. The sides were nothing short of phenomenal! We also had the sushi assortment with maki, nigiri and sashimi and it was mouth watering. I wish we lived right next door to this place, but I guess it’s better for my wallet that we don’t. If you’re considering eating here, DO IT!

This is not your average sushi place!! Prime has been on my list for awhile now and I was not at all disappointed!! Me and my boyfriend came for our anniversary and we were so impressed with the service from our waiter Lefty and the food.
The food is beautiful and delicious and reminds me of what is served at fancier restaurants downtown Toronto. The sashimi and sushi is top quality seafood and it is melt in your mouth to die for. Puts all "you can eat" places to shame. We also got the Singapore Slaw which was recommend by Lefty. The slaw was bursting with flavour and texture. The mains were also good - I got the chicken and it was very flavourful and juicy. Also great potatoes.
Lefty really went above and beyond to make our experience and our anniversary special and we were very impressed with the service we received. Best service we have had in awhile by a landslide. In regards to the vibe, it was quiet but it was also a Wednesday. We are looking forward to going back on a Saturday when the atmosphere may be more vibrant! We will absolutely be back!

I had a wonderful evening at Prime Steak and Raw Bar in Burlington. My friends and I were in the mood for some exciting seafood in a beautiful ambiance, so I chose Prime Steak.
The welcome we received and the way we were seated were both authentic and impressive. We started with a few oysters, and Hansel, our waitress, explained the preparation method, which was very interesting! Next, we enjoyed some visually appealing shrimp that really tantalized our taste buds. The mild, spicy aroma elevated the dining experience to a whole new level.
Finally, the crab arrived, and it had an impressive appearance. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The shells were perfectly broken, and the meat was cooked just right, striking a nice balance between spicy and salty flavors.
To finish off the meal, we indulged in dessert, which was enhanced by a magical presentation from the chef, complete with a touch of fire. It felt like we were watching a magician perform just for us.
Overall, it was a fantastic evening, filled with great ambiance and delicious food. Special thanks to the chef and Hansel for making it memorable!

Our waiter Lefty was very friendly and the atmosphere was warm, inviting and charming, however the service was very slow. I'm not sure what caused the delay but we were at our table for just over an hour before we had a single morsel of food. That said, once the food arrived we were all very pleased with the quality. The sushi was very fresh, probably some of the best sushi we've ever had. Our steaks were fantastic and the smashed potato side that Lefty recommended was delicious; asparagus side was also perfectly cooked. Overall, I'd definitely give it another try, but the speed of service really needs improvement.

The quality of the food here is phenomenal, from the Oysters and Otoro to the Ōra King Salmon—all incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The A5 Miyazaki Wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the Grass-Fed 12oz New York Striploin was expertly cooked and packed with flavour.
A huge shoutout to the amazing staff, who elevate the dining experience with their passion and knowledge. They take time to explain each dish, creating an interactive experience that’s both theatrical and educational. The Peach Melba dessert, flambéed tableside with Grand Marnier, was a delightful show, and the warm vanilla peach compote with almond tuille and fresh fruits was simply divine.
The Black Cod with miso and balsamic honey glaze, garlic fried rice, and sesame edamame was also a standout, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. And don’t miss the Lobster Mac n' Cheese—rich, creamy, and loaded with lobster.
