Very good quality meat! If you want to eat a good portion of a quality food with a reasonable price, this is the place. I loved BARG(beef) Kabob and JOOJEH(chicken) Kabob; very fresh and tender and delicious 😋 The only complaint I have is about the rice which was not a quality rice, it was tasteless and cold. The bread was okay though. If they improve their rice quality to an Iranian rice quality, I would give them a 5 star. Lovely ambiance (especially its patio in summer) and lovely staff. Aug-7-25 we went there on the way back from Niagara Falls about 5pm. Service was good and the owner (Mahmood) offer to ask him any question. Kabob quality was decent but rice and others were too cold served. Vibe is family friendly type and the back outdoor few tables are excellent. Interior design is more like old school classic restaurant with some Iranian decoration elements. We enjoyed. Parking is a kinda difficult and we parked two blocks away. ADA access is possible. CHELO KABAB SERVED WITHOUT BUTTER WHICH IS A KINDA UNUSUAL.

I tried koubideh at this persian restaurant. The first thing I noticed was a dark/creamy color rice and almost cold. I assume that it was leftover rice from the night before because I visited here on a weekday at noon. A perfect rice is as white as snow and the saffron rice shines on top of it, but you can’t see it here. The taste of koubideh was good but nothing came with it other than a tomato. Almost in any persian restaurant that you go, you will find something like pickles, lime, tahchin, or tahdig as your side. But here nothing!
The only good point about this restaurant is its location in a beautiful neighbourhood otherwise I didn’t find anything special to give it a try another time.
Everything in this restaurant can be categorised as in the regular and normal range. Nothing is specialized or wonderful here.

The Barbari bread was addicting, so fluffy and tasty. I’m not a big fan of eggplant, but the Kashkeh Bademjoon was excellent. The Rayhoon special was perfect for 2. The salad shirazi was not very flavourful to me.

My husband and I have been to Rayhoon a few times, and it’s always such a beautiful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff make us feel right at home. The manager is incredibly kind and always so hospitable. The food is absolutely delicious. We ordered joojeh kabab, barg, and koobideh, each dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. As a sweet and thoughtful gesture, they surprised us with a Persian roulette dessert when they found out it was our anniversary. We always look forward to coming back
