Follow up...its been a few weeks and no refund from either party ans now the restaurant is temporarily closed. Which makes them accepting ordera from uber when they clearly werent fulfilling them even more terrible...
Accpeted uber order on Sunday nov.9th however showed up and the place is closed and no one looks like theyve been there all day. Uber now wont refund my money. Drove down here during a snow storm too. Unreal...

Walked in young woman sleeping .... She gets up startled proceeds to take my order whilst half asleep.... The chicken is looking pretty nasty hanging from the spit while the chicken below is everywhere .... She asked for my topping but half of them were not in the trays and the lettuce has started to brown etc... jus not off to a good start then I pay the 12+$ and I receive the most underwhelming shawarma I have ever had ....and to top it off it was cold (I ate in my car in the lot) wrap was stale and I couldn't distinguish what was chicken and what was stale wrap ..... This place is brutal and whoever the owner is either you don't give about your customers or your employees don't care about you or your business.

Ordered food this past Sunday and my order was supposedly processed. Arrived in the snow storm with little kids to pick up and the place was closed. Was charged by Uber and they refuse to refund me because the order was accepted and it's not fair to the merchant. Ha! Merchant is accepting orders even though closed all day. Now I'm out money. Connected via text and the owner is on a cruise ship said I would have a refund Monday and haven't heard anything, no refund and Uber just keeps regurgitating their policy that wants an order has been accepted if it's canceled you are charged 100%. So vendor is a fraud accepting orders when they are closed knowing well that they will receive money for no services or product. Honestly please won't do anything about it but just be careful guys when ordering from this cheat.

There's barely anything inside these wraps. I emptied most of one half of a Saj Wrap and I counted maybe only a few small pieces of chicken. No cucumber or pickles and two laughably small turnip slices. The wrap was so empty. Their store in Uber charges what you see for $17.24. Granted it was a BOGO so I actually got 4 of what you see but if this is what they give without BOGO, please try a different spot in Burlington.

The amount of Review's that seem unrealistic?? Food quality is super basic??! Various sauces covering the lack of chicken?? Which did not come from a Vertical Rotisserie in person on my visiting?? Not to mention... it is a little messy inside!!?? Sorry... I had to throw my meal out $14+ plus tip later!!?
Would love to see you guys succeed, thrive and have a devoted customer base!! But this place isn't the Chicken Shawarma it use to be!! Best of luck moving forwards!

Probably the worst shawarma I have ever had. Was not even warmed up on the grill, chicken had been sitting for many hours and was dry. Vegetables were soggy. Customer service was even worse. Don’t waste your time

Was literally just there for lunch. Horrible, almost 15 min for a Saj wrap when everything is already cooked. Portion sizes pale in comparison to other shawarma shops and at over $15 for a wrap it should be loaded. Won’t be back strongly don’t recommend.

So good and considerate to family. Parents are hesitant to eat out of comfort zone but they honestly made one of the best eat out meals we’ve had! Hit up the Papi way!
