Very nice people, but waiting 45 minutes for a shawarma dinner is unacceptable.. we ordered our food, and after 15 minutes of waiting they told us it would be 10 or 15 more minutes because they wanted to cook us fresh riceā¦ then we watched the other staff member go out the front door. I quickly realized where she was going, to the grocery store next door to buy rice! I am pretty sure she returned about 15 minutes later with the rice, then they cooked it in the back and 15 minutes later, our bland, not good food was ready. The rice was not good, and completely flavourless. We went here because it had over 1000 reviews, but I am pretty sure that the reviews are not authenticā¦They also kept asking us to leave a review, even after the massive wait and the tasteless food.I had the worst taste/heartburn after eating this food, and I would need to be borderline starving to ever go back.

Walked in, visibly dirty, by the time I was done in there my shoes were sticky. It took about 5 minutes for the guy in the back to realize a whole 4 people were waiting to order. I ordered a chicken saj meal (fries and a drink), cost me $20 which is fine. It took forever (20+min) for them to prepare the food (2 workers, 1 man, 1 woman, both young, both looked visibly confused on what to do). When I got my order, he placed the container and bag of fries on the counter, didnāt bag it or give me a napkin, so I asked if I can get a bag (said yes) which I got it myself. Right away I noticed I barely got any fries, I donāt even think the bag was half full, but I didnāt feel like protesting. When I was grabbing my drink, the lady who ordered behind me, they got her order completely wrong which she didnāt protest either. Now regarding the food. Fries were the best thing easily. Saj, chicken was dry as hell, mostly only lettuce, sauces were awful, actual wrap was stale, and in general horribly put together (messy). Honestly, I think leaving reviews is for old people, but I couldnāt believe how you can get literally everything wrong. Terrible, donāt come here, donāt know how they have this high of rating, Iām sticking to my regular place.

Well they were pleasant when I went in and ordered. The girl ripped me off, I paid $20 for a $15.85 reg shawarma poutine. What I received back was $0.75 and the food was bland and hand no flavour plus I wouldn't call what I received as a regular it was small and there was little food in it for $16

The food is to die for. Literally everything tastes amazing. Mina makes sure that every detail in the food is where it needs to be, the meats perfect and juicy, vegetables are always fresh, even the garlic sauce is made in house and just hits different. Very healthy and high end. This place is the go to.

I saw amazing reviews on this place but iām a bit disappointedā¦ When i walked in it was very dirty inside there was rice all over the floor the tables werenāt clean either. I ordered for my family. We got a shawarma salad shawarma on the rocks and shawarma poutine. All were pretty gross. The chicken is mostly fat and tastes bad we picked out all the fat and were barely left with any chicken. to make things worse the price was 45 dollars for 3 meals?? usually i spend 30-35 on shawarma bowls at my other spot. lastly the portion size was shocking. my brother asked me ā did you eat some of my food?ā thatās how little they put in the boxes and for 45 dollars barley any chicken or fries itās very upsetting to me. Not sure if they used to be good which is why the reviews are so good but the prices for what you get are not worth it iām upset i wasted 45 dollars.
