Red Lobster

We had to delay our arrival by half an hour. They weee still able to change the reservation and take us. Mist grateful. Our wait person good, checked back several times. Bacon wrapped scallops appetizer the best we have had of several times, cooked perfectly.

Service was extremely slow, portion size for the price is very small, and food took too long and was lukewarm at the best.

This Red Lobster location is a Burlington institution and dinner was delicious as always. Thanks!

My first time coming - not sure what the fuss is about. The lobster is cooked nicely but food is very bland. Great service.

Susan served us and we had such a fantastic time! The crab, steak and lobby was cooked to perfection! Haven’t been here for sometime and happy we stopped in. New menu items and let’s all remember the yummy butter cheese biscuits that comes out hot and fresh! We had a blast, thanks Susan and team 😁🥰😁

Stuffed mushrooms were the hit appetizer. Seafood was good. The service was excellent. If you want a good solid seafood restaurant this is a great choice. The staff are all terrific.

I had an 11/10 Red Lobster experience. This is a tight ship. We knew we were in for a great experience from the beginning, starting with the friendly hostesses (sorry, I didn’t get their name). The food was perfect. Kelly provided the best service. She was attentive and anticipated our needs before we had to ask. Also, the GM was present on a Friday evening, ensuring a great guest experience. You could tell the passion of the team.

Food was great - server Colin was helpful, friendly and efficient.... Food was perfectly timed and hot! Great experience !

Waitresses was fantastic. Food was amazing. They missed a couple small things we asked for but made it right within minutes. Service was fantastic and friendly. Price was a little on the high side but the food and service was worth the price.

While everything was good about our visit; our waiter made the visit outstanding. Our very picky 6 year old was completely satisfied and so were my husband and I, we will definitely be back
