I would like to express my huge thanks to @Anuj for the wonderful food that he prepared for us for our baby shower event. We catered food for 40 people for gathering at our home. We have been ordering food from him past 2-3 years and royal Cumin is our go to place always. He listens carefully to your needs and prepares accordingly. Our Menu included all of the vegetarian options and I would say he didn’t disappoint us. I would definitely recommend this place.
Note: I am writing this review for the first time since I thought it would be nice to thank him after all these wonderful years.

The Royal Cumin in Burlington, ON, is truly a hidden gem. A small, family-run restaurant that's been around for over 10 years, it offers an authentic taste of North Indian cuisine that rivals the popular spots in Burlington—just without the flashy marketing.
I recently visited with friends, and it was one of the most delicious meals we've had in a long time. We started with a selection of tandoori dishes: paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, and New Zealand lamb with some chilled beers. All three dishes were incredibly flavorful, but the lamb was the standout—tender, perfectly spiced, and unforgettable.
For the main course, we went with classic favorites: Dal Makhani and Kadhai Paneer Masala. the entire dining experience was relaxed and memorable.
Whether you're out with friends or having a quiet family dinner, this place delivers.
Highly recommended! A must-try for anyone craving real North Indian food in the Burlington area.

This is a shout to Anuj and his team at Royal Cumin Burlington for an exceptional party order they gave us recently. absolute ease and pleasure to work with Anuj to tailor our catering order the kid birthday and the food was delivered hot, fresh and in a timely manner. Ordered Takeaway. The lovely server took my order and we waited for it to be prepared.
Ordered Naan, rice , Hakka Veg Noodles, Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma,Dahl Makhani and Tandoori Chicken. Was all very hot and fresh. Flavours were spot on. My family really enjoyed it.

Wow! When I go to heaven Royal Cumin is coming with me! Burlingtons hidden gem! The spices are amazing and fragrant in all the dishes. The onion bajhi are moist, fresh and not dry. The chicken corma had white pieces so large you need a knife for these babies. The cumin rice flaky, moist and a perfect blend of spice. The naan bread is a perfect texture and buttery. You owe it to yourself to treat yourself and order from this excellent Indian Hakka restaurant.

Horrible food & presentation! Ordered from Skip the dishes, and egg was cooked and put on the top instead cut and part of noodles & rice. Too much garlic in the fried rice, and noodles had too much black pepper. Don't bother ordering from this place if you like your spice palette.
