We went to Bistrobar Rust tonight for the first time. We were extreme impressed. We eat out a lot and go to many different types of restaurants and price points. The waitress was great. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend this restaurant

We visited Rustic Bar and while the food was quite good, the service—particularly near the end—was very disappointing. As we were finishing up, the waitress abruptly told us we had to leave. We hadn’t been there long, and we were with a baby who was still drinking her milk. It made the whole situation incredibly awkward and left a bad impression. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other restaurant I’ve been to. A little understanding and basic courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Great spot in Burlington. The staff was warm and attentive, and our server gave great recommendations. The cauliflower appetizer was a knockout—crispy, flavorful, and hard to share. The risotto was rich, perfectly cooked, and deeply satisfying. Also had flourless torte and it was divine. Generous portions all around. We’ll definitely be back.

Went here for the first time for dinner, our waitress Lauraine was nothing but kind, sweet, professional, and gave great service. This little restaurant has a fantastic menu, and the food is so good. We will be back for date night on wednesdays!

We had a great lunch today! Our server, Dianna was exceptional - allowed us the time to chat with friends and enjoy amazing food. Our group of 4 had the steak frites, burger, jerk chicken clubhouse and beef dip, all with side salads and an amazing oil/vinegar dressing! And a great suggestion from Dianna to add an app of French fries - delicious! All dishes were polished off as everything was excellent! We will definitely be back again!

Finally got to visit Rust. Been hearing great things and it was just as expected. The food was exceptional. This gorgeous bartender served us and she made the best cocktails. She was so welcoming. We had a great experience and can't wait to come back again.

Great resto! It's small enough to feel cozy but big enough for a good crowd. Great vibe, you can see the kitchen doing their magic from the bar . Food was fantastic. The short rib, fall off the bone . Freshest Cesar salad Lettuce. Crab cakes, rabbit gnocchi..all was great. Cocktails are tasty , Jake, the bartender was awesome , Friendly, and great at what he does. Super glad we stopped by .

It's one of my favorite places to eat in Burlington. It has cozy vibes, and the servers are great and very attentive. The bartenders here make awesome cocktails! The apps here are my favorite. They are decently priced and come in big shareable portions! My friends and I ordered the mussels, the crab cakes, and the burrata. I ordered steak for my main, while it was a little overcooked, it was still delicious! So I couldn't complain. My only problem is that the server assumed I was done with yummy creme brulee dessert when I went to the bathroom! I partly blame my friends for assuming I was done also. Please ask, Never assume!! All in all, I will go back again once I'm in the city!
