We both had the avocado croast for brunch. It was delicious. The service was very good and the vibe was good as well. I felt like a mediocre meal at a chain restaurant would be similarly priced, so I felt like it was a good value.

We had a fantastic night at Rust. The food, service and overall experience was spot on. We were served by Nicole, Amazing. The french onion soup was the best I have ever had, braised short rib was perfection. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be back…….real soon!

Saturday lunch at Rust Bistrobar was an enjoyable return visit that is worth repeating more frequently.
Deanna is a wonderful server and makes the experience great! Sandwiches just ok - croque monsieur rather tasteless. Accompanying salad nice however, did not care for the dressing. Did not like their menu for a Taste of Burlington. To offer a glass of wine or a mocktail rather than an appetizer and then no dessert - other menus at other restaurants much better. Cod sandwich overly battered, and was told that it would have a slight bite, but it was a bigger bite. Having said that mocktail was very good. This is my third time at RUST and I honestly think my last. I've never really had anything wonderful.

Highly recommended! Rust BistroBar offers amazing service with a genuinely warm and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan requests. The Korean Cauliflower and Tofu Katsu were standouts—super delicious! They also have excellent options for both cocktails and mocktails. Our servers Deanna and Erin were great and served us with such warmth. We will definitely be back.
