Some of the best sushi you’ll find outside of Japan. The chefs are exceptionally skilled, led by chef-owner John, whose craftsmanship shines in every bite. The toro, hotate, hamachi, and foie gras sushi were outstanding, each piece perfectly balanced and full of flavor. I can’t wait to go back and try the uni, wagyu, and the Korean dishes on the menu.

Incredible sushi, always so fresh and tasty. Good vegetarian options too. And excellent service. Definitely make a reservation if you go in the evening. Would highly recommend.

I haven't been here for at least 15 years. I totally forgot about. Sushi was so fresh, the tempura veggies absolutely delish and the green tea was to die for. The service was excellent and the restaurant had a warm vibe to it We plan to go more often. I highly recommend it!

Although I’ve tried omakase in the highly competitive Japanese dining scene in Shanghai and visited Japan many times, the sushi here still amazed me. The chef demonstrates solid skills and techniques. I feel so fortunate to enjoy such exceptional sushi in the small town of Burlington.
