My husband and I asked chatgbt for the best burger place in Burlington and Sam’s grill came up- was a fantastic burger and onion rings. Friendly clean and darn good food! Will definately go back.

First and LAST visit to Sam’s grill. First off when I entered the store I was concerned that it was on fire. The smoke was soooo thick in the air I could barely find my way to the counter. Wish I hadn’t of! Ordered a Montreal smoked meat sandwich as it looked soooo good in the menu! I was a little put off that every topping you add to the sandwich increases the price by $1. Premium toppings I can understand but mustard and mayo!!?? These should be included. Get home and open my sandwich and it was nothing like advertised. Very little meat, bread that was limp and barely toasted. Warmed at best. The meat was sooooo greasy and just full of chewy fat. I feared my life as I was sure it was gonna get lodged in my throat and choke me to death. I couldn’t even chew the meat. Nasty!!! Even my dog horked it up. I will never be back here again! $15 for this sandwich that now sits in the bottom of my compost bin. Not even the flies are enjoying it!

Suck all around fry’s just sit out all day beside the deep fryer’s
Haven't been in for a long while, but was greeted pretty bad when I went back in to try it again, was basically told that I don't like the place anymore because I choose to eat at other establishments and always give reviews, I'm sorry didn't know I couldn't eat else where or voice my opinion on local business in the area! I have give this place many many pics and reviews, but after what had happened will not be returning, best of luck in selling the place
I came in with good intentions to buy lunch because I haven't been in for a long time, I have always loved your food and service, if have never made it personal at all but if someone or something else tastes better I voice my opinion! Other business have done nice things for me also in appreciation to helping the food industry! My photos and time aren't free also so to turn around and say that free hot sauce breaks the bank makes me upset, where as others Offer way more options and toppings at no extra charge!
