The staff here were very kind and patient with us. It was our first time here and they helped us out with some favorites. The food was absolutely delicious and well put together. I will definitely be back.
I have food intolerances and have very limited places I go to for takeout/dining due to cross contamination or lack of options. Sam's grill has gluten free options and use a separate fryer for their fries to avoid cross contamination. They are one of the very few burger places I have found that hasn't made me sick. Everyone working there has been very kind and friendly. Good spot to check out!

So this morning we were out for breakfast and happened upon Sam's Grill on New Street. We've seen great reviews in the past and decided to coming back the same day, out in the frigid cold to try the double burger and fries for dinner. The location was well lit for coming back in the dark for dinner so it was easy to find.
Wow!!! The burger was juicy with fresh ingredients and very tasty. The fries are hand cut and cooked to perfection. This little jem is another go to for future burger cravings. They also have Montreal smoked meat sandwiches that I would like to try for next time.

My partner and I are always on the hunt for a great burger joint - and Sam's Grill was pretty solid! The staff at this location were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the burger itself was pretty yummy! Really good french fries too. Will definitely be going back!

Cheap kind of donairs, not traditional. Fine if you like that. Not my first choice to get donairs.
Had three of the donairs to go. Puny , stingy portions, more of a snack size for $45.00. Used to be a good place but I don’t see ever going back.

Phenomenal poutine. I had the ground beef and onions poutine, and I was worried it might be too greasy. Not at all. It was perfection. Rich and packed with flavour, with a very generous portion of fresh grilled hamburger chunks, somehow without being too greasy. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the place was clean and relaxing. I'm only giving 4 stars because they didn't give cups of water. I really don't like it when places force you to buy bottled water.
