Be more flexible with side dishes. If someone does not want potato but rice instead, it should not be a big deal. Also not everyone wants blue cheese in their mashed potatoes.
We had one of the best dinners we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant, and we are foodies so that is saying something. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
