Prime Steak + Raw Bar in Burlington offers an exceptional dining experience. The steaks are highly praised, and the service is amazing, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and classy. The food is beautiful and delicious. The sushi assortment with maki, nigiri and sashimi was mouth watering and top quality seafood. The certified A5 Kobe was incredibly buttery, tender, and perfectly cooked. The sides were nothing short of phenomenal. The Singapore Slaw was bursting with flavour and texture. Bartender/server Amelia and server Danielle provide outstanding service, making guests feel welcome and at home. Lefty was a server who went over and above. The unique "box surprise" adds a special touch to the meal. This restaurant is a must-try gem.
