Great experience as always! Chelsea was our server and she was friendly, funny, and attentive. Food was delicious!

No apologies, no sorry , I left food and server said do not pay. Obviously I will not pay for food which has porcelain pieces in it. I went to celebrate father's day with daughter .

We decided on an Italian dinner treat for Saturday night and the food was not very good at all.
The main course of pasta was dried out, sauce was flavourless but hot and protein was not good (sloppy, little flavour, texture was off) and when we told the server they didn’t seem to be care.
The appetizer was delicious and it’s too bad the main course was not good.
We were chatting with another couple in the parking lot. They too had a bad experience where they said they come here fairly often, have noticed the food quality has been declining and will be looking for a different restaurant now.
This is definitely one place we will not be returning too.

It was very warm inside the restaurant, perhaps because it was 30 degrees out side. The service was so so, the gentleman could not hear half of our requests as he was wearing a head set to talk with other restaurant workers! Bad Idea. In fact he started talking to us when he was 4 tables away. At least the food was good.

We always have consistent quality food and the vibe is always fun at the Burlington location. We've been served by Tessa twice in the past year and she is absolutely fabulous. Her cheerful attitude and professionalism makes dining at this location a pleasure. Request Tessa when you make a reservation!

Joe was an amazing waiter! We took his recommendations on what food to order. We ate the fresh mozzarella with balsamic and the Sophia pizza. The food was delicious. Great experience overall.
