Sea shanty used to give a good portion of fish..now all you get is what looks like flat frozen fish..the clM strips look like left over pieces of batter..no taste of clam...NEVER AGAIN..WILL THEY GET MY

We ordered take out Halibut & Chips. The chips were great! The Batter one The fish was thin and crispy, however,,, for $21.50 each we expected a good sized portion of Halibut. Unfortunately, ours was Guppy-sized..a very small portion of fish. We are very disappointed and still hungry.☹️

Outrageous! This is what you get for $22. A fish finger paper thin and some fries. Total rip off. We ordered 2 halibut fish and chips, cold slaw and tater sauce (also a charge) the bill was just under $60 and trust me this was the larger of the 2 dishes BY FAR.

WORST fish and chips we have ever eaten ,,, OVER fried chips awful And 2 small overcooked pieces of Halibut,, like leather ( a side order $17.00 ?),,, and Fisherman’s Supper / shrimp were coconut shrimp ( allergic to coconut ) …. Threw most ot the order in garbage ,, wasted $64…Food was nothing like the Website photos !!!! INEDIBLE !!! Pass on this this place ,,, they need some cooking lessons !!!!

Will definately go there again for the Thursday lunch special. Staff was friendly and even offered a glass of water while I waited for my take out. Sad that I have to add that but most places wouldn't have staff that was so thoughtful. Kudos.

First time dining in and I tried their coconut shrimp and onion rings. The batter for Both were delicious and crispy. My son enjoyed his 1lb honey garlic wings with poutine and cleared his plate. Requested for a cup of coffee and was gladly served with a fresh brewed. Very welcoming owners and the service was superb. money well spent!

I've been going to Sea Shanty since I was 17, 26 years later and it's better than ever. I went there today with family for my birthday, the atmosphere was cozy yet modern, our server attentive and kind. And the fish and chips were amazing! We all got the Thursday cod special and everyone loved it. The fish had an airy batter that wasn't greasy and the chips were what I consider true chip shop chips. I look forward to returning, just as I always have.
