The signage said to pickup mobile orders on the teams in the middle of the store so I waited for my order to be put there. Eventually heading to ask and it was behind the counter getting cold. Then when I opened my sandwich (egg white pesto) it was the saddest one I've ever seen. Thoroughly disappointment. If second cup didn't have better matcha lattes than its competitors I wouldn't be coming back. Guess I just need to skip the food next time

My recent experience at Second Cup was highly disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of the staff members who handled my order. The short and skinny employee, who initially took my order, displayed a disrespectful attitude throughout our interaction. After writing my order on a cup and then changing my mind, she dropped the cup on the floor and, despite my request for a new cup, she threw it away in front of me.
Additionally, the other employee, who was chubby and wore glasses, was also incredibly rude. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, she further exacerbated the issue with her dismissive behavior.
Overall, the customer service at this Second Cup location was severely lacking. I felt disrespected and unwelcome, and this experience has left a lasting negative impression. I would caution anyone considering visiting this establishment to be aware of the poor treatment that may await them.

This place sucks, just left now without ordering anything simply because one the teenagers servers was so busy chatting with her friend who was sitting in her car waiting her order, so 2 servers one preparing the order, the second, as I said was chatting with her friend, putting her foot on the drive through window to show her tattoo.Stood there for about 7 minutes then left

THIS IS FOR THE SWEET COFFEE LOVERS!!My first time coming here the girl that served me was amazing! I told her I like to have really sweet coffee, normally from any other place I have to put an insane amount of sugar and caramel and I also get cream in my coffee and it still isn’t sweet enough. then I end up spending a fortune on the additives. The girl there suggested the iced caramel coretto (they also serve it hot) I got 2% milk with it and it has espresso in it. This is THE BEST coffee I've ever had in my life!! without having to add anything to it, it was so sweet and delicious. My new favourite drink, and the price isn’t bad either, about as much as Starbucks but you really are paying for what you get. Can’t wait to try some of the other drinks they have there, HIGHLY recommend this place!!

You need to seriously consider what I’m saying, the service here is so awful I had to leave this bad review.The workers at your store, particularly Sunday mornings, are extremely unprofessional. There were no line ups at the drive through and we still waited 10 minutes for a medium coffee with 1 cream.This is the case every single time I come here. No other second up location takes this long.I hope you take this review and do something about this.

Great coffee, awful customer service.Every time I grab coffee or a bite to eat, the staff seem miserable and like they don’t want to be there. I don’t expect over the top service but I’d love if ordering a coffee didn’t feel like an inconvenience to them.
