Great coffee, awful customer service.Every time I grab coffee or a bite to eat, the staff seem miserable and like they don’t want to be there. I don’t expect over the top service but I’d love if ordering a coffee didn’t feel like an inconvenience to them.

I USUALLY ORDER MY COFFEE FROM SECOND CUP BURLINGTON. THE PLACE WAS ALWAYS GREAT. RECENTLY, THEY HAVE GOTTEN WORSE.I ORDERED A MEDIUM BLACK COFFEE. THEY GAVE ME A LARGE AN I HAD TO PAY FOR IT (more money). I HAD ABOUT HALF THE COFFEE THEN DUMPED THE REST DUE TO COFFEE GRINDS IN THE CUP. SO DISAPPOINTING.

Love this spot! One of my favourite places to go for coffee, with a friend or just to sit and enjoy a nice atmosphere. I can get work done if need be because of the quiet and awesome setting!

Staff weren't nice. Obviously didn't want to be there.Bathrooms were dirty and
we ordered a chocolate brownie, an irish coffee with cream and sugar on the sides and a coffee latte. the ambience was standard casual, good to see friends catching up, people working on thier laptops, a gentleman engrossed in his book reading and we on an impromtu date catching up with each other over a coffee just like the college days when we used to date. ❤️sadly, i wanted to have a croissant but they were out of it!?
