Fresh, well balanced spices. You can tell food preparation wasn't rushed. Really delicious.
I ordered Baigan Bharta and Bajri Rotla with Kadhi and Khitchdi. The aromatic flavour was very similar to my mom’s. I really enjoyed it. Next time I ordered Misal pav, which brought back childhood memories spent in Kolhapur. It tasted very authentic and we shall definitely be ordering it again.
