Sadly we ordered a cake for my 40th birthday and upon arrival, the cake had completely cracked (as you can see in the photo).
We spoke to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do as they cant guarantee anything once the cake leaves the shop (unless we paid for delivery).
For a $260 cake, this was unacceptable and we will not be ordering from Sinful Desserts in the future. As delicious as the cake was, the poor presentation and customer service are the reasons we will not be retuning or recommending to anyone we know.
For events, cakes are very important and I will not take the risk of another one turning out like this.
We also took careful consideration when transporting.

We had 4 big birthday celebrations in 2024 and everyone loved the cakes made by Sinful Desserts (**Strawberry Shortcake and Red Velvet). Super-friendly customer service with helpful suggestions. The cakes looked great and were so delicious ~ moist and not too sweet.

Ordered before, expensive but good . Called today told they don't make a lemon bday cake anymore, they make a lemon gateau (cake in french) according to their online pdf menu, just not what we're looking for, but for 10 bucks more ya they offered to make one for me. Wtf

Don’t even deserve one star,Worst experience,ordered an eggless cake that was made with bucket of sugar that i can’t even eat,Moreover it get freeze when i take it out from refrigerator,I can’t even cut it and my day got spoiled,Next day when i ask sinful dessert guy he said you need to put it outside before 2 hours of cake cutting,Firstly he didn’t give me any instructions like this before and it was not even icecake so I don’t know how it get freezed and when i asked the guy about sugar he said we made that you ordered 🙄 I don’t think so I ordered the cake with full of sugar it should be common understanding of bakery people about quantity of sugar that they put in the cake.Never recommend to anyone.

Ordered an egg free cake for my son ( age 6 ) , really trusted the owner, she assured me that the cake will be egg free. 2 hours after he eats the cake started to develop rush over his body. He was on a medication and feeling very sick..Never go back!
