I understand that not all cashiers will have their smart serve but there should be a manager walking around to ring through alcohol sales. With the holidays approaching customers will not be thrilled to have to go and line up at customer service or self serve for their alcohol purchase after already having to line up to purchase their overpriced groceries. If you want to be a one stop shop then be one.

Horrible shopping experience. Don't buy any healthy food at Sobeys. Asked employee about this and they just walked away. Do they expect customers to buy freezer burnt products? ???

Frank the store manager is the best guy ever. Frank looked for products for us and spent 20 minutes in the meat freezer looking. He manages a store full of great and helpful employees

I live in a smaller town so I'm not from the Burlington area, but I decided to stop in for some groceries. The store seemed nice but the employees are absolutely rude and abrupt. I was followed by what I assumed was security as I was not sure where the groceries items I was looking for were. When I asked an employee I was told "look at the signs dumb a*!". At that point I let the store and you can be sure I will NEVER return.
