We picked up our order to-go on a busy evening, and while the pizza itself was fine, the overall experience was a bit disorganized. The operation felt chaotic, and our order was mistakenly processed as a single meal—even though we paid for two. Not sure what went wrong there, but thankfully it was sorted out in the end. Not the smoothest visit, but at least the food held up.

Honestly the food is average and the service is awful. Both the servers were frowning. Couldn’t wait to leave that place.

This pizza is OK. I ordered 2 12” pizzas for the grand total of $64, for take out. I have enjoyed the rise in the crust before, but this time only half of the pepperoni had any rise at all, and a flat crust on the Hawaiian. I asked for p/up to be ready for 6:00, but the pizzas were lukewarm when I arrived on time. There are better choices locally for less $$. $64 for 2 mediums?? Come on.

Went for the first time this past weekend. Didn’t check reviews prior to going but had heard all the hype so decided to check it out. Upon getting seated, we were immediately greeted by flies. Thought okay it’s a one off. Looked up at the ceiling and found an infestation of flies. They were all around the restaurant by the bar area. You couldn’t have a sip of drink without swatting fries from in front of your face. Decided to order food and get it to go cause we couldn’t stand being in there any longer. Checked out other reviews and noticed several other complains of the flies. Not sure why management hasn’t done anything when this is a huge sanitation issue. Ministry of Health needs to look into it asap

Always wanted to go and have their pizza and found the right summery night to do so and wow!!!, what a pizza🥰🥰
Amazing crust, toppings , cheeze oozing out . It turned out to be a complete bliss
Would surely urge people in and around burlington to go and enjoy along with the great drinks they have on offer.
We had the wild mushroom along with garlic knots and they both were lip smacking
Wish they also include an option to have half-and-half in future

I was walking around with the wifey then we saw this spot being very busy, other restaurants around were quiet so i told my wife let’s try it!

Best decision ever!

Food was amazing and fresh.

Chicken wings were huge and delicious

Pizza tasted like Rome pizza 100%

Customer service is highly professional and friendly like literally they are happy to work there.

I enjoyed the dinner with my wife and left very happy with everything. AMAZING JOB FOLKS!

Food is decent enough, but it's handicapped by bad service and awful facilities. We were sitting for more than 15 minutes before our server even greeted us. And one single bathroom for a restaurant that busy?! Little kids waiting for ever in line is embarrassing.

No matter what, you're going to love the Pizza here. One of the best in downtown Burlington and the food is definitely much better than any of the franchise pizza places in the city.

Took my family there for my sons birthday, tonight, sons girlfriend, said what is that, we look up, hundreds of flies! So gross!! We had to cover are pizzas. Will not go back. Awful.

Food was great! The only downside it was very busy on the weekend when I was in town but the food was amazing and the staff was quick to be helpful in getting us an order for take out! Also there is only one restroom so the line was a little unreasonable when busy!
